“It was great. Well worth what I paid.” Dec 10, 2009 by
Dana from Flower Mound,TX
“Awesome view, friendly staff, wonderful accommodations!” Dec 2, 2009 by
Darla from Amarillo,TX
“This is a fine hotel with easy check-in and check-out computers. We love the large windows in our room to look out over the City. Room supplies were limited - you were just given the minimum in soap, coffee, etc. But they were quick to respond to requests for another bathrobe, etc.” Nov 30, 2009 by
Tara from Midwest City,OK
“Great downtown hotel with wonderful views. The hotel has a beautiful lobby with helpful staff. The rooms are very comfortable, well appointed and clean. The beds are heavenly. I love it when I win this hotel on Priceline.” Oct 13, 2009 by
Molly from Millington,TN
“Although this was a very nice hotel for business travelers, I would have preferred a microwave and fridge in the room, as I was traveling with very small children. The pool is an outdoor one and not open when it's raining and quite small. The restaurants were all very expensive by my middle class standards. My children enjoyed the view of the trains at the train station directly below the hotel.” Oct 12, 2009 by
Aretha from Broadview,IL
“The carpet was dirty even if it was dimly lit well. I was served reused jelly on my breakfast tray that was brought to my room for breakfast. Greatly disappointed about that and that all my liquids were not covered.” Oct 8, 2009 by
Buckley from Ellensburg,WA
“20 dollar per day valet parking is almost obligatory - otherwise one has to walk 1 block outside uncovered to an outside uncovered lot to park - fetch one's car at $10 per entrance (no in/out privileges). The wireless internet costs $12.95 per day. These necessities (for me) boost my rent by additional 44% cost. There are plenty of other good hotels in the area.” Oct 1, 2009 by
Gywanna from Red Oak,TX
“I was very dissatisfied with my stay at the hotel. There were kids running up and down the hallway early in the morning. This hotel charged for basic internet use of over 10 dollars, ridiculous. The room was very small, the TV was very old, the room had a old smell, deplorable. When I complained about the problems the staff was friendly but offered no resolution, horrible.” Sep 25, 2009 by
Robb from Toronto,Canada
“Wherever I was I heard the train every 15min. It was awful despite being on a higher floor. The location is relatively OK but not exactly what i had thought when I booked it.” Sep 24, 2009 by
Kathryn from Dallas,TX
“Public spaces of the hotel are large, open, and are great for gathering with groups. The guest rooms (at least the wing I stayed in) is outdated. Gigantic armories in the bedroom, thought those went away 4 years ago. Bathroom finishes are outdated. The Kleenex tissue box is built into the counter.” Sep 12, 2009 by
Rob from Mesquite,TX
“Excellent staff & wonderfully maintained hotel.” Sep 9, 2009 by
Mindy from Gladewater,TX
“The hotel was fine. but the parking!! It is terrible, it cost too much if you want to park yourself and there is a big hill you have to walk up and at night there is not much light. Kinda scary!!! I will not stay there again because of the parking. we payed too much just to park.” Sep 1, 2009 by
Marc from Boca Raton,FL
“Really enjoyed it.” Aug 25, 2009 by
Emily from Longview,TX
“The hotel was very well kept. The rooms were updated and clean. My only complaint is that Union Station was directly downstairs which made it difficult to get a quiet night's rest. if you stay, ask for a room on the other side of the building.” Aug 22, 2009 by
Nicole from Oklahoma City,OK
“This hotel was a bit of a let-down for a 4 star - but it was still nice. Would be good for a conference or for someone who doesn't like to leave the hotel once they've arrived. Probably will not return.” Aug 20, 2009 by
Chadd from Flower Mound,TX
“First - the positive - the woman at the front desk was very nice and friendly. I believe her name was Becca. I informed her we were there for our anniversary and she had some chocolate covered strawberries sent up to the room. Very kind of her! The room - Id consider the room 2-3 star at best. The armoire was old, weathered and scratched all over. The armoire is placed against the wall however the TV can not extend out enough and thus. If you are sleeping on the left side of the bed (facing the bed) - you can not see the TV. Also, the TV looked like it was from 1980. The alarm clock was so bright that in the middle of the night, I had to get up and put a towel over it. The bed and pillows were average. For that hotel is considered to be a 4 star is a major stretch. I was simply shocked that the TV couldn't even be watched in bed. For our anniversary night, my wife and I were both quite disappointed in the hotel.” Aug 18, 2009 by
Paula from Oklahoma City,OK
“The location was great and the facilities were easy to locate.” Aug 13, 2009 by
Patricia from San Antonio,TX
“Great staff! Great amenities. The restaurants were open late enough for a late night snack! The drinks were awesome!” Aug 7, 2009 by
Teresa from Forney,TX
“Lobby area very pretty but rooms are outdated. Expected a better swimming pool. City view from hotel room was very nice.” Jul 31, 2009 by
Trish from Dallas,TX
“I have already recommended this hotel to a number of people and particularly through Priceline.” Jul 26, 2009 by

“We enjoyed the stay at Hyatt Regency Dallas and would definitely recommend it to others.” Jul 19, 2009 by
Ari from Houston,TX
“The rooms are outdated. Horrible setup. Only a few channels to chose from on a small old TV. Very small pool outdoors. Good view and nice outside area. They charge for parking. No reasonable options. Valet was way overpriced. Hotel looks nice and fancy from the outside. Staff was very friendly and helpful but for the price I would expect better rooms. Internet was an additional charge.” Jul 13, 2009 by
Matt from Glen Burnie,MD
“Great location to Wolfgang Puck's rest/bar. It rotates for a complete view of Dallas. Clean, good staff. The large central atrium is an echo chamber for noise.” Jul 11, 2009 by
Lee from Winnie,TX
“The hotel was well-located, very attractive. The registration employee was cordial and helpful. The restaurant was excellent: food was delicious and well-presented and the staff courteous. The room was well-appointed.” Jun 25, 2009 by

“The Dallas Hyatt is a very large convention style hotel. I have stayed there many times in years past and remembered it as a nice but somewhat impersonal hotel Wow did my opinion change on this trip. The staff was exceptionally nice, called us by name, always smiled, and included some wonderful personal touches in the service. The front desk staff went the extra mile for us on several things. The room was very up to date, clean, and nice. I would suggest adding flat screen TV's, but overall the grand beds, the upgraded bathroom, and the spotlessly clean room were excellent. We loved our time there so much we wrote a personal letter to the manager thanking him for a great stay.” Jun 18, 2009 by
Martha from Baton Rouge,LA
“What a beautiful massive hotel that can be seen from a distance. Open atrium, quiet room.” Jun 17, 2009 by
Laurie from The Woodlands,TX
“Overall, the hotel was very nice. The staff was very courteous. Due to the problem with the air conditioner in our room, the staff gave us a complimentary breakfast. Definitely would recommend. Got a great price at priceline.com!” Jun 16, 2009 by
Rebecca from Eufaula,OK
“Other than the TV channels and Jun 2, 2009 by

“The Reunion Hyatt is conveniently located downtown and easy to access from I-35E with the well-signed exit to Reunion Arena. The hotel lobby is spacious with the usual amenities, including a convenient coffee stop/grab & go in the central lobby. The rooms are upscale and comfortable with contemporary but warm decor, all-weather down comforters and feather pillows; sparkling baths do not have separate tub/shower but are nicely done with immaculate spa - quality linens. The workspace is a drawback - not ergonomically designed for computer use, but adequate for writing and study. Doors and walls are disappointingly thin, so noise from children and suite neighbors can be a nuisance if you travel on weekends. Also since the hotel adjoins the arena it's reasonable to expect patrons planning to attend for special events. Bear this in mind if you're traveling on business and appreciate a more sedate environment.” Jun 1, 2009 by
Adrianne from Lawrence,KS
“Great hotel so glad we stayed there.” May 15, 2009 by

Eva from Arlington,TX
“This was a nice hotel located in downtown Dallas. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and the staff was there. I will use Priceline again in the future.” Apr 20, 2009 by
Jason from Dallas,TX
“The hotel is very nice on the outside but the rooms disappoint in comparison. There was no wet bar, the television was outdated, and the furnishings were old. The staff was excellent and the food was decent. They had a great selection of top shelf drinks.” Apr 17, 2009 by
Ann from San Antonio, TX
“For an upscale hotel, I was very disappointed. The room felt cramped and the bathroom was not clean. There was no fridge and wireless internet access was $12.95 a day. They also did everything to make it inconvenient to use anything but valet parking was for $19 a day.” Apr 16, 2009 by
KMS from Arlington,VA
“Overall, very nice stay. The fitness center could us a face lift, but still worked out. There were 2000 kids running around the hotel a little wild for a conference that was there - I don't blame the hotel for this, just the parents.” Apr 1, 2009 by
Shelley from Tyler,TX
“The staff was excellent and helpful in every way. Our room was lovely and looked out over the city where the skyline was visible and entertaining to our grand babies. There is actually everything you need within the hotel and for those without young babies to contend with, probably close enough to walk to restaurants if you wished. It was a great experience and we highly recommend this hotel.” Mar 27, 2009 by
Jessica from Odessa,TX
“Very clean, excellent and friendly staff. Very happy with my stay.” Mar 25, 2009 by
Lee from Wimberley,TX
“This is a great hotel with comfortable beds and great ambiance.” Mar 25, 2009 by
Nikki from Arlington,TX
“This hotel met my expectations besides the lack of having a heated pool. I did not bother dining at the hotel, because the prices were ridiculous!” Mar 23, 2009 by
Kim from San Angelo,TX
“Overall, very nice place to stay. The only negative was a broken door on the TV cabinet, which wouldn't stay put. Staff was friendly and helpful, valet was friendly. Didn't like the fact that if you didn't want valet parking, open parking was about a block away (a long way to tote suitcases) with no protection against weather or anything else. Other than the parking, I wouldn't have a problem staying there at all.” Mar 22, 2009 by
Art from Austin,TX
“Location is great. Dinner options were minimal (one choice with high-end menu). Workout area clean and varied.” Mar 21, 2009 by
Blake from Moore,OK
“All hotel staff was very friendly. Restaurants very excellent and priced fair for the convenience and ingredients used. Very clean and well maintained.” Mar 16, 2009 by
Steve from Spicewood,TX
“Great business hotel in downtown area of Dallas with access to the west end for evening fun.” Mar 12, 2009 by
Gregg from Lufkin,TX “It has been in a few years since I have stayed here, but the hotel is still a very nice place to stay. The valet service at the hotel was the best I have ever had!” Mar 11, 2009 by
Karen from Forney,TX
“It is a very nice hotel. I actually live in the Dallas area and we stayed there because we attended Savor Dallas. It had a fantastic view, the registration was easy and the desk clerk was very courteous and actually asked us where we wanted our room (what floor, what view). Check out was more complicated. Tried to check out from room, it didn't work - then tried to use the express checkout - it didn't work - finally went to the front desk. It was very smooth working with a real person. I had not been in the hotel since they remodeled. It was very elegant.” Mar 8, 2009 by
