• Clean, upscale, safe, efficient.
• Misunderstanding at front desk about room, difficult to resolve. The staff is friendly, the front lobby staff/management tries too hard (feels fake).

“While the hotel matches its rating and hype, its not worth the cost for an average business travler. I am happier at a Comfort Inn with free internet, free breakfast and free parking. Having to pay a valet to park.”

• Great service, convenient location, clean, comfortable, beautiful accommodations, wonderful restaurant.

“I came to the Hilton Dallas/Park Cities on a business trip and it was probably the best hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean and there were enough chairs and tables so it wasn't a struggle for me to get my work done. They had high speed wireless internet access and there were two speaker phones in the room too, which made it easier for me to talk to my clients. I could also surf the internet on the television. A business centre was available downstairs. It was convenient for me to quickly make some copies and send some faxes before I went to my meeting. I would also highly recommend the OPIO restaurant. The first night I ate at the OPIO I had something called the Truffle Lobster Corn Chowder and from then on I tried to eat at there every night of my trip, I even brought some clients there too.”

• Wonderful beds.
• Advertised a whirlpool but did not have one. Valet parking was very expensive.

“Very comfortable all around but I am extremely disappointed that they advertised having a whirlpool online AND in their in room amenities guide. I met several other guests looking for the whirlpool and when I called the front desk to inquire they said "we don't have one". Also, there is NO parking except valet here, and when a friend stopped by to take me to dinner, he had to pay $18 to park his car in order to come up and get me. That is ridiculous. At $18 a day for parking, the valets got much smaller tips from me than if the parking rate were more reasonable. This is not a downtown location.”

• The tollway was closed down which made it hard to travel by vehicle around the hotel.

• The location and the atmosphere were excellent!
• I did not like the fact that I had to pay for valet (besides tips) and had to pay for Internet access.

“The hotel is in a wonderful location. Getting anywhere in Dallas is a breeze. The room and the staff were superb. The only problems with this hotel were the fitness center (lack of cardio machines and weights) and the fact that they nickel and dime you for valet and Internet use. That is not to be expected from an upscale hotel!”

• Pool too small, maybe 10x20 and 3 feet deep throughout. Both treadmills in need of repair.

• Great Service.
• Very small valet parking area. Felt very rushed loading and unloading.

“Very good service. Rooms were small. Very nice lobby. The parking was a little expensive, as valet was really the only option. The valet area was very small (only 3 cars could load/unload at a time. Good hotel.”

• Beautiful public spaces and room décor.
• The walls are so thin we heard screaming children all night and beds very uncomfortable.

“Beautiful facility and great staff. No parking though and the valet only limitation was sort of a pain because we went in and out frequently. Beds very hard and walls are very thin, so if you happen to get next to another guest that is even the slight be noisy, it is hard to sleep.”

• I requested Non smoking and got a smoking room.

• Breakfast was expensive.

“It was a very enjoyable stay. I don't like the fact that it was valet parking only. You have to pay a fee, not just tip. The fees were high. The breakfast buffet was good, but very expensive. Overall, however, we had a very nice stay.”

“If you happen to have business in the area, and don't drive to the hotel, it's a lovely place to stay. If you happen to drive to the hotel, the mandatory valet is a rip-off. The location is way off the map ”

“Hotel is a block of Loop 12, upscale neighborhood, Northpark Mall down the street at Hwy 75,tons of shopping, good restaurants. Hotel was clean and lobby was really nice. Hotel staff was extremely courteous and helpful.I would stay there repeatedly. It was one of the best hotel experiences ever.”

• The hotel is about 4 years old and very nice.
• Nothing I didn't like. In the past they have had self parking but not now. I would like that.

“I would stay at this hotel again, and highly recommend it to friends. I went for a weekend retreat and was able to accomplish all that I wanted, including working out, relaxing, getting to the places I needed (the concierge and bell staff were great with their directions)and accomplishing the work I needed.”

• Very large rooms. Late swimming pool and spa hours.
• Only has valet parking, no other.

“This is a handsome hotel with nice amenities and very large hotel rooms. The pool and spa are open late. If you go to the bar at night, you'd better not be a minority, because they'll watch you like a hawk.”

• This hotel was not convenient to the Market center. We had to valet park the car every night and this was an additional charge.

“The hotel was beautiful, but it was listed as Market Center and it was not. They did not provide a shuttle and their was a separate charge to park the car every night. This was a big problem.”

• The parking situation was not what I liked. I'm not a fan of valet parking
