• The room space and layout is ideal.
• This hotel is only a couple stories in height and the sign sits at ground level. So, it wasdifficult to find in the dark.

“Our overall stay was great! I would choose to stay here again.”

• It was directly across from the American Airlines Center.

“The hotel was right across the street from American Airlines Center which was convenient. However I payed for a room with two double beds and a separate bedroom because
I was traveling with three other people. I even had my receipt. They said they didn't have any of those rooms available.”

• Could not accommodate our request for 2 beds or rooms with adjoining doors.

• Something not mentioned above that I really liked was the covered garage parking.
• Not familiar with the area, the location and being on a one way street.

• It had the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in.
• It was not uptown. I would not have walked the neighborhood at night.

“The hotel is in the wrong place. Though it had a convenient shuttle, the neighborhood was not walk able at night. I loved the room, though. Huge flat screen and really comfy bed.”

• I liked how modern the rooms and lobby looked. It had a very nice color scheme that felt home like.
• No Balkans.

“I liked the hotel a lot. It was nicer than I expected. It was very relaxing and comfortable. Check-in I had a slight problem but check-out was very quick. Overall I enjoyed it.”

• We loved the lay out of the rooms, big closets, great TV w/ a DVD player for our kids!
• Small workout center that was full when we wanted to use it.

“This was a great place for our family to stay. The staff was wonderful and very informative. The rooms were clean and well stocked with extra pillows, blankets and towels. Having the DVD player was a treat especially when you have small children. It was nice not having vending machines but a little market area in which to purchase food items. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.”

“I had a great experience from start to finish. My girlfriend, who came after me, dealt with a front desk clerk who was negative and unfriendly. The rooms are well designed and very comfortable.”

• Great rooms, very modern, very clean.
• No onsite restaurant.

“This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The rooms were great. Free parking. Walk to the American Airlines center and historic district. Free internet in rooms and workstations in the lobby. The staff was great. The Pool area was very nice too. I would definitely stay here again.”

• The rooms were spacious and clean and once I was moved from one room it was quiet.
• The smoke alarm was tested twice through the telephone at 6:00 am.

“This was a great place to stay during the conference. I felt like I was in my own apartment. We were offered good food in the evening and for breakfast which was all I ate while I was in Dallas.”

• Complimentary shuttle (3 mile radius) breakfast and evening cocktails were great. Clean hotel. Kitchen in suite was great.

• Room was awesome! Nice accommodations and great little extras!
• Parking garage was a little cumbersome to move around in (narrow).

“Awesome room. Decorated in a modern style. Very clean. Employees were in sight when needed, but not overbearing. Definitely would recommend this hotel. Especially at the cost that I got it for!”

• No hair dryer.

• This was the best hotel. Loved it!
• Nothing - it was great. Wish I could get this hotel every time I'm in Dallas.

“This hotel was the cleanest I have stayed in. It was quiet with new carpet, new fixtures, and new furniture. Parking was secure and free which is a big plus. Staff was extremely helpful. A++++ on this hotel. I am a heart/double lung transplant patient and have to come to Dallas periodically for checkups.”

• Hotel staff was fabulous; amenities were numerous; no hidden charges. Overall fantastic hotel value.
• A little difficult to find however the unfamiliarity with the area and the road construction were major factors.

“I was surprised that in a large city like Dallas that there was such a thing as customer service the hotel staff were fantastic representatives for this hotel I felt like they would have done anything to make me happy the locals in the area were just as helpful in directing us to see the sites as well as finding our hotel late at night.”

• Location not near public transit.

“Bradford Home Suites is great for people staying in the Dallas area for an extended period of time. My unit included a kitchen, a living room area, bathroom and bedroom area. There's a free shuttle that can take you to supermarkets, restaurants, etc within 3 miles. The fitness center, business center and pool are free! And the Bradford Market includes reasonably priced items including drinks, frozen dinners and snacks. Perfect if you want something to eat in the middle of the night.”

• It was close to my destination and it had a secure parking garage.
• The room was a little small for a suite and the bed was a full not a queen.

• We stayed in a new room that was awesome. Plasma TV marble countertops, very new.
• They said we were lucky to stay in a new room because internet people like me usually get the older rooms!

• Flat screen, high definition TV's. Good room layout.
• Parking area under construction. Awkward gated entry to parking.

• The accommodations were wonderful. The staff was remarkably helpful, and the facilities were extremely adequate for my stay.
• The breakfast area seemed to be a bit too small.

“The hotel staff was friendly and helpful at all times. The amenities were quite appropriate for the cost. This trip was one of the best that I have had in a long while because the hotel was like a home away from home.”
