• Very nice hotel with great facilities for groups and meetings.
• Currently under considerable construction in the lobby areas.

“This hotel is comparable to any major hotel supporting group and conference events. Food/service is sound and there will be ample facilities to support all your needs. As a suburban hotel, I was surprised to have to pay for parking and facilities charges (in addition to internet service) as one would expect in downtown locations. However, these fees were not onerous. Generally very satisfied with the facilities, the room and location. Good overall value.”

• Location, price and security.

“This was a pleasant place to stay. The hotel is under renovation. There were many areas roped off due to construction. This did not hinder me or my spouse at all. I understand to keep up with the times and to take care of a property, you have to have renovations from time to time. It is fine to do it this way instead of closing down the facility.”

• Location was good. Easy to get to. Staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms a nice size and comfortable.
• Parking. Either valet or $12 / night parking garage.

“Bathrooms were nice, clean, but needed updating. Visitors had no place to park except $12 in a parking garage or valet for $20.The rooms were a nice size. We liked the lay-out. Everything was squeaky clean. The breakfast was a little pricey, but to be expected. We would definitely stay here again.”

• Location to Galleria and shuttle for the Galleria.

“Overall the hotel was fine. It had a good restaurant and it was very attractive. The staff was very friendly and professional. I was disappointed that my bathroom wasn't clean upon arrival. The tub still had a ring in it from the previous occupant and the paint is chipping in the tub.”

• Very clean.
• Beds and pillows were totally uncomfortable.

“This hotel would be fine for corporate travelers, however the hotel needs to update old used mattresses and pillows. Also, the hostess working the morning weekend shift needs to be more accommodating to the guests and make them feel more welcome.”

• Staff Service is outstanding
• Age, I prefer more modern but it was still a good place

“Staff is excellent. Good location for shopping as the Major shopping venue is near. Only hear overnight, so I don't know about the entertainment. Did not have a chance to even get all over the hotel. Starbucks in the lobby.Can not say enough about staff, customer service is so lacking today that it was just awesome to have someone attend to your needs.”

• hotel lobby was very nice and courteous staff, they were very helpful
• this hotel lobby is beautiful, but the rooms had not been updated since the last time we stayed there 10 yrs.ago, they had musty smell

• There was a lot of room and the beds were so comfortable. Beautiful.

“The lobby was beautiful and so impressive when we walked in. The lady at the desk treated us like we were very important people that she had been expecting all day. The room was so comfortable because it was large enough for us to relax and visit in. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We really enjoyed our time there.”

“Over all it was a nice place,the one thing I absolutely did not like was the fact that they charged us 12.00 dollars a day to park,or you could Valet for 20.00. So this raised the price of our room,and we didn't know until we arrived.”

• For a 4star hotel, the staff dose seem happy nor do they make you feel like royalty/ self parking is $12.

“If you are looking for a relaxing, luxurious stay, I do not recommend this hotel. Their pool is nice but they do not have a hot tub. Their parking is $12 plus tax witch makes no sense. Their staff did not give the impression they wanted to do whatever they could to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. The fist room they gave me had size full or double bed; that is not going to work. When I called to ask for a bigger bed (at least a queen) the staff told me, the bed is a queen its just the new smaller kind. After a small discussion they changed my room to a king.”

  wonderful staff.
• Price of room service was high. Popcorn ceilings. Bathtub area needs update.

  like the executive lounge.
• You have to pay for parking, no options.

“The service at this hotel is excellent and if you are a Hilton Diamond member, there is an excellent executive lounge to relax in. You can make B/W copies at no charge and they have internet and soft drinks from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.”

“This was one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. It was opulent yet comfortable. We were given a 19th floor room with a fabulous view. The location was convenient for us, as we were just passing through Dallas. All in all, a wonderful hotel - I hope we can be placed there again in the future.”

• The valet staff which was the first impression were so friendly and accommodating.
• It was definitely meant for business travel, but was not a bad hotel for children.

“The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and had all of the amenities that you expect from a Hilton, such as bedding, pillows, towels. The rooms could use some updating such as plumbing fixtures and television. I traveled with young children and they enjoyed their stay, but it is definitely meant as a business travelers hotel. When asked if it was a child-friendly hotel, my answer was no, but it was certainly accommodating to the children.”

• The hotel was conveniently located on the highway, minutes from downtown, from three Dallas shopping malls, and several shopping centers.
• The staff was rude, the rooms were very plain and the bathroom was not clean.

• Beds very comfortable. I like that the bed is around the corner from the door - keeps down noise & light.

• $12.00/night parking. It should be free! Also, wish the Starbucks coffee was available on Sunday mornings!

• Parking is not convenient.

“An impressive lobby greats you, surrounded by nice grounds in a business park atmosphere. Helpful personell make you feel at home instantly. As I arrived with a rent car Saturday evening, I chose to park in front of an adjacent bank rather than pay $10 for the inconvenient parking garage across the street. You cannot do this during the week or your car will be towed the next morning. Great restaurants are a short drive from the Hilton. My favorite is 3 Forks steak place.”

• The beds are great!

“This is the second time in two weeks I have stayed at this hotel. The first time I was very displeased with the added cost for parking. This cost had not been disclosed. On this visit I was not charged with for the self parking and it really positively impacted the quality of my visit. My room was also ready for me to stay. The temperature was on warm instead of cold and the clock had been changed due to daylight savings time. Much improved visit this trip.”

• The views, the service and the sense of luxury.
• Needs HDTV. Bathroom too small. Needs in-room fridge.

“This hotel has an excellent location and offers a level of comfort consistent with this class of hotel. Nice beds, views and furnishings. Door to bathroom limits use when open and AC is slow to respond to thermostat adjustments, but otherwise very nice. Great staff and service. Convenient location to many great restaurants and lots of shopping.”
