• Convenience for work, breakfast included and happy hour

“The embassy suites is great for business travellers and families alike. Convenient location for Dallas business and shopping at the Galleria. Friendly staff and clean facilities.”

• Room service food was actually really good, although expensive.
• It did not have spa tubs in the rooms.

“Very nice hotel that is located minutes from everything in Dallas. The Galleria mall is only a mile away (walking distance), and there is a CVS store next door for any items needed (snacks and etc). There wasn't a spa tub in the room, which in other Embassy Suites I have stayed in there were. There isn't any free WIFI or internet, which is disappointing considering the price I paid for the room. All in all would stay there again due to the location and amenities.”

• The made to order breakfast was wonderful, best breakfast bar I have ever seen. Also enjoyed the free cocktails in the evening.
• Our toilet consistently did not work although staff fixed it twice.

“I would definitely stay in this hotel on my next trip to Dallas. The location is excellent, the staff was very friendly and the indoor atrium and pool are outstanding. We left a coat in our room and the staff was very helpful in locating the coat and sending it to us. The breakfast was superior to anything I've had at other hotels!”

• Like having separate living/sleeping area.
• Pool water was a little cloudy.

• Friendly, family atmosphere.
• Nothing that I remember.

“As we checked in there were children in the lobby waiting for their parents, this is a good first impression. There were also business people checking in and out. Love the casual atmosphere in bar area. Restaurant food was okay.”

• Free wireless internet in lobby, free cocktails at happy hour, free breakfast and great value.
• Long distance calls were about $10. We spent $40 checking messages.

“First time at an Embassy Suites. Service was excellent. Very clean. Pillows were strangely comfortable for a hotel. Free, made to order breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Free cocktails from 5:30-7:30 was a wonderful extra, as was the free wireless internet in the lobby. Overall, an excellent value.”

• internet not included, charged $10.95 daily

“Would have payed more now that we know what we got! Might pay full price next time, they spoiled us! Nothing is perfect but I guess that is nit picking. Minor flaws but cooked to order breakfast and large selection of cold foods (donuts, bagels, cereals, orange juice and fruits) made this stay excellent!”

• The free breakfast was great.
• Our room smelled horribly like smoke - should think of something to help with the smell

“I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was in a great location and had easy access to the main highways. It was clean, everyone was friendly, except the gentleman at the front desk gave us incorrect directions which took us 1 hour out of our way, but that's okay. We did request a smoking room, but it seems to me there should be something that can either be sprayed or placed in each smoking room that would cut down on the smell. Overall, I had a great stay and will stay there again when I go back to Dallas.”
