• Location.

“You can walk to several different restaurants, movie, shopping - which is not usually possible in Dallas Metroplex. It was great for a group of moms for a girl's weekend. There is ample parking so you don't have to valet if you don't want to. Comfy beds! I do wish they had little refrigerators in the regular double rooms.”

“Hotel very well kept, pool and workout area more than met my expectations. Right in the middle of the Legacy Shops, you can't beat it. Everything you want is within walking distance. The surroundings are beautiful. I'll be back!”

• I thought the breakfast buffet was awesome.
• The food was way too expensive.

“This hotel was very nice. It was a little smaller than I wanted though. I would have liked a bigger lobby area. It was very near tons of fun stuff to do though. It was a little hard to find because it is a little hidden. Overall it was a short stay but it was immaculate and the people were very nice.”

• I accidentally left a very expensive dress in my room. It was returned to me a day later.
• I did not stay long enough.

“This hotel was luxurious! Especially the rooms; they had feather beds and down comforters, it was so comfortable. The rooms were very clean, room service was quick and the staff was friendly. The pool is heated, so when we went at night, it was so relaxing, and the lighting was romantic. The hotel is set in a great location, too. Close to the shops at Legacy Plaza, and a great variety of restaurants. Nice city; close to Dallas. Would stay here again.”

• We loved the location to outside shopping and dining within walking distance.
• Loved everything about it!

“This hotel was beautiful upon first arrival. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We had left some items in our room after we departed and it was very easy to contact someone the next day who immediately mailed us our personal items without any problems. This hotel is in a great location to outside shopping and dining within walking distance. You feel as if you're in a small community all of its own. This hotel is also very easy to get to using access roads so as to avoid the toll roads. Overall, we were very impressed and will certainly stay here again when we're back in this area.”

• Very elegant and comfortable. Room service breakfast was excellent!
• It would have been nice to have a robe provided and the view from the room we were in wasn't spectacular, but the hotel is in a busy area.

• Bed and bedding - the best Ive ever sleep on.
• Don't have any negative comments.

“This hotel was rated and upgrades a 3 star but I have been in several 4 star hotels and this is as good as or better than some Ive stayed in. The room was spacious, the bathroom was large, the bed was so comfortable and the view was nice. The breakfast buffet was delicious, too. I would love to stay here again and my daughter wants to go back with her husband. Very nice hotel.”

• We were first given the room of another guest. Worry about how often this happens.

• Perfect hotel - none better.

“This is the most comfortable hotel I have stayed in. The staff was very pleasant and always asked if there was anything they could do for you. It is located near a beautiful open air mall with nice restaurants. I will always stay at this hotel when visiting Dallas.”

• Clock radio and phone system very poor and disruptive.

“The clock radio would emit a frequency sound at all times of the night and made it extremely difficult to get a proper night's rest for myself and my guests. I had 2 rooms and both had the same issue and disrupted our otherwise very pleasant stay at this hotel.”

• Great location, price and quality.
• Parking fees. They are billed as valet. We tipped the valets and then found upon checkout that we were billed.

“Overall very good. clean, nicely decorated and comfortable rooms. Although we didn't use the restaurant and bar they were available. Staff was courteous, helpful and friendly. Location is great for restaurants, sights and entertainment.”

• The hotel is very nice. The area around it has lots of variety.
• This wasn't a big deal, but there was a guy sleeping in the lobby.

“We have stayed at this hotel before and love it. It's very nice and very clean. It is in a great location with lots of restaurants and shops. It was difficult to think of something negative about it. And although it didn't really bother me too much, I just found it strange that a guy was sleeping in the lobby. We saw him there twice within about an hour or so. Nevertheless, I would highly recommend this hotel.”

“We (my husband, my 4 year old son, and I) really enjoyed it. The hotel restaurant was good. The area is great, as it is near or connected to a large shopping area. The staff were helpful or nice.”

• The hotel and entire area were beautifully decorated for Christmas.
• Feather pillows, next time will ask for fiberfill, I'm allergic.

“The hotel is beautiful, and we had a lovely view out our window of a huge Christmas tree and reflection pond. The staff were great, although we didn't make any requests. The high speed Internet was nice, too. We hope to return some day.”

• The room we were in had a door to the next room. The neighbors were a little loud at times.

“The hotel was fantastic. Very clean, very friendly staff, very quiet hallways. This hotel is in walking distance to a very lovely park, with a pond and fountain. Very relaxing to sit & read. The hotel is also right next to a very quaint Main Street. It is within walking distance of many restaurants, shops and even a movie theater. We didn't have to drive our car the whole time we were there. We just walked everywhere. I would highly recommend this hotel and very much would like to stay there again.”

• The hotel was clean and convenient. Perfect for a girls weekend shopping. Never once did I feel as though my safety was compromised.

“I was invited to a friend's wedding so I stayed here at the Dallas/Plano Marriott at Legacy Town Center. The hotel was great because not only was it located steps away from the Shops at Legacy where I was able to find an even better wedding gift then the one I had come with but even better the rehearsal dinner reception was held at a restaurant located within the Legacy Town Center so I was able to join the party for a few drinks and to catch up with some old friends. I had a really great time at the wedding but unfortunately had to wake up early to catch a flight out but the good thing was that the airport was only twenty five minutes away.”

“While away on business, I stayed at this hotel. I'm happy I made the choice to stay an extra night because it gave me an opportunity to take advantage of everything the hotel had to offer. It was really relaxing too. I woke up, went down to the Bishop Park Bistro and had some breakfast, then went into town and did some shopping. I came back to the hotel, sat by the pool, had lunch from the Bishop Park Bistro because breakfast was so delicious, and read my magazine enjoying every second of relaxation.”
