• Location next to a feature event. Medieval Times - Dallas.
• No available coffee all the time. No continental breakfast; even a pathetic one.

“I would go back and recommend this as a place to stay. It was in a good location, near EatZi's (fine food on a Sunday morning). The pool was good, with pool towels and an indoor hot tub.”

• The hotel staff had great customer service. Desk had all directions to most restaurants or movies, etc.
• No negatives.

“Excellent staff, great location for downtown excursions, 1 mile from American Airlines Center, very close to West End and Deep Ellum, and malls are 10 minutes. Had a very good experience would highly recommend this hotel.”

• I can always count on this hotel to be clean, safe, close to my business and courteous to me.
• The only negative is that the price for breakfast is high. As a small business owne.

“The hotel for the price is lovely. The people at the front desk have always been nice. The rooms are always quiet, clean & comfortable. The extras like exercise room & pool plus the shuttle service to the trade center are wonderful. I am very pleased that they do not charge us for parking. The Sheraton next door began charging for parking. I stayed there the last trip and they charged me for parking even though I didn't have a car! I won't go back there.”
