“This is a nice clean hotel conveniently located near the Galleria. The lobby has been updated to include a business center which have hi-speed internet and printers. Newspapers are complimentary. Very comfortable hotel.”

• The rooms were nice.
• The pool was in very bad condition.

“The rooms were nice and the manager. When my children got into the swimming pool that did not look very clean to begin with we were asked if they itched because they said the chlorine level was at a 10 so we immediately got out. I am sorry for complaining but I always book with Priceline because I am always very satisfied. This is the first hotel that I was very disappointed in.”

• I liked the location and the room was nice.
• It was by a loud highway and the walls were really thin.

“This would have been a very nice hotel, except it was extremely loud because of the highway right next to the hotel and the walls were so thin that you could hear the people's conversation next door.”

• Very friendly staff as well as very nice rooms and excellent AC.
• The coffee tray in room had not been replenished in either room I stayed in.

“Very nice hotel, easy to get to. Friendly staff. Rooms were very nice and clean. Breakfast was good and the coffee was excellent. My daughter and I had a real craving for something chocolate late at night and we found chocolate Easter candy at the front desk and outside the restaurant to satisfy us. Nice internet station in lobby. Workout room had great equipment with TV's on them.”

• As soon as you walk in to the lobby, wow! is what comes to mind.
• The bathroom is small and squeezed. Also for a 3.5 star hotel, a bottled water should be complimentary. They put them in the room but charge $3 per bottle.

• The room was immaculate and the bed and breakfast were amazing!
• The jacuzzi was not working and the pool area was right off the major expressway and noisy.

• Value for location; staff is great ; business center is great.
• A little tricky to find - especially since street signs say Wyndom.

“To be near Dallas Galleria with free parking and great service this is value. Meeting rooms are good - business center is outstanding . Internet in lobby is strong and free.”

• Peggy at the front desk.

“The hotel was all I wanted it to be. We got an upgrade and it was great. The hotel said there was a spa, but it wasn't in the building. Peggy at the front desk was wonderful and the staff was excellent. Bed was luxurious.”

• Very clean rooms and had most of the amenities we needed.
• Could have used a mini fridge.

“Location of the hotel was acceptable, though it is on a one way street, which for an outsider, requires some navigational skills. Staff was helpful and attentive. Room service was very prompt and the food was decent for the price. The Addison location is great for shopping and entertainment. Be ready to pay for Wi-Fi, but I suppose that is to be expected in the Dallas area. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.”

• Pleasant, clean, slightly upscale room and bedding.
• Small (but nice) bathroom; skimpy on soaps/shampoos/etc.

“Excellent location in north Dallas area, very close (walking distance) to the Galleria Mall and convenient short drive to intersection of the Dallas North Toll way and Belt Line Road for plenty of upscale restaurants and very nice boutique shopping opportunities. Rooms are pleasantly furnished with slightly upscale amenities, including large, flat panel TV (though with very poor cable signal reception). The small (but nice) bathroom, which was unnecessarily skimpy on the soaps/lotions/shampoos/etc. detracts from a truly upscale feel to your stay. Only one mini-bar of soap for the bathroom? What about another one for the shower?) The staff was friendly and professional, though the pleasant lobby and public areas were rather unremarkable. We enjoyed our stay and we would happily stay there again.”

• Great rooms, great staff, excellent service, cleanliness through out, and very affordable for the price.
• Location was a little further out of target area, about 10 miles.

“Everything exceeded my expectations, except one: $11 for a 24 hour use of internet. You have got to be kidding me. I have to pay to us the internet in a hotel like this. I have known of 2-star Sun Suites that offer free wireless.”

• The location near the place I needed to be.
• The management of the hotel and the customer service and the police were there every night.

“The assistant night manager was very rude. When we asked questions they were not answered and none of hotel policies were explained to us. We were also not told that the internet service was not free in the rooms but free in the lobby area. When I had problems with the computer I was told to wait until in the morning.”

“If I had wanted to drink and party all night, this stay would have been perfect. However having my seven-year old daughter awakened multiple times by guests running up and down the halls, yelling, screaming, pushing every elevator button, etc was not the experience I desired. Management's response was several other guests have complained as well. It was close to 1AM before we were able to get to sleep.”

• The beds and linen were like sleeping on clouds. I truly felt like a guest and not as an intruder.
• Nothing comes to mind. Accessibility to everything was made available.

“Looks nice when first entering. Once in the room, bedding was extremely dirty, huge cockroach and pinching bug in room. Not particularly pleased. Will not stay at this hotel again.”

• It was in a great location and the room was very comfortable, clean and beautiful.
• The pool doesn't close until 12 AM but the door won't open after 11 PM.

“It was in a great location by the Galaria Mall and many restaurants. Wal-Mart is also close by. It is beautiful on the inside. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was always clean, and they came at convenient times.”

• The large room size.
• 11.95 per day WiFi.

“The bathrooms are very small, but the room is huge. Be prepared the wireless/internet will cost you $11.95 per 24 hrs/day. There are no microwaves or refrigerators and the ice bucket is extremely small. We had to fill it up 2-3 times per night, because we kept running out. The flat screen TV was nice and they have a few more cable channels than most hotels.”
