“Excellent hotel with exquisite decor. The charges for internet, pool access, weight room and parking were too expensive and crazy. A stay at a 2 star hotel includes all these things for free.” Sep 1, 2009 by
Joey from Abilene,TX
“The hotel itself was nice and in a good setting. They were very short staffed and lines were long for check in and out. The fees and acces to parking was ridiculous. $17 per night for parking and most of the lots were blocked off with cones and not accessible. The internet fees were $13 per day; also ridiculous on top of the price for this hotel. What seemed like somewhat of a bargain at first ended up costing me a fortune. Stay away unless your LOADED! Also, the hotel hosted a video gaming convention so there where several hundred ill dressed, foul mouthed, punk hoodlum kids roaming around. Not a pleasent experience.” Jul 7, 2009 by
Scott from Shreveport,LA
“What a bargain. Beautiful hotel room, elegantly decorated.” Jul 1, 2009 by
Michacel from Brownsville,TX
“The hotel is a nice hotel, but it's annoying that they charge extra for everything. You would expect that for a 4 or 5 star hotel and the normal prices that they charge for a room, that you would have internet service included and that you would not have to pay for parking. Also, there is no fitness center available without paying extra (15.00) per day. It should be included for hotel guests.” Jun 15, 2009 by
Natalie Clark from Austin,TX
“The Hilton by far has the best pillows of any hotel that I have stayed. I always know I will enjoy a great night sleep in there beds, and will turn my nose up to mine when I return home.” Apr 30, 2009 by
Lisa from Garden City,KS
“My first stay here was interesting. The hotel is huge, as a result not very homey, but rather impressive. The rooms are small but attractive, although they need renovation, they look a bit dated. Everything you could want is here - good dining, upscale nightclub, a great location. The grounds are impeccably maintained and extensive. My only complaint is the sheer size of the place. You could get lost in the shuffle and no one ever know you're here. If that's what you want, great.” Apr 16, 2009 by
Shannon from Erie,CO
“This hotel is very high-end and near the Dallas Love Field airport which was important to me as I had a 6:30 Apr 13, 2009 by
Sarah from Waco,TX
“Overall stay was very nice. I would highly recommend that the hotel offer better cable channels. The Terrace restaurant was very tasty, but the presentation of the dishes lacked any originality. Staff was friendly and helpful.” Mar 26, 2009 by
Mary beth from Whitefish,WI
“The grounds are beautiful. Mar 22, 2009 by
Karen from Amarillo,TX
“It was very safe and quite and you could just stay in the hotel and have everything you wanted there without leaving, the parking for the cars was a little costly. But secure.” Mar 18, 2009 by
Carlo from Oklahoma City,OK
“Ask for a room in the tower, not the atrium. Be sure the requested tower room has a window that looks to the outside a few look into the hallway. No tubs but beautiful shower. Wonderful stay, beautiful property.” Mar 9, 2009 by
Vicky from Phoenix,AZ
“Excellent hotel!” Feb 24, 2009 by
Brittany from Arthur City,TX
“The Anatole is a beautiful hotel. The only thing I was not satisfied with was the rooms. They did not match the hotel and the bathroom was tiny!” Feb 19, 2009 by
Deena from Huntsville,TX
“Beautiful hotel! Amazing artwork graces every nook and cranny! Be prepared to walk a long distance to get to anywhere from the main tower. Quiet and extremely comfortable. Would be nice if there were a vending machine located on some of the room floors. Rooms are beautiful and very clean. I could have spent several days just admiring the oriental themed artwork that is everywhere in the hotel.” Jan 24, 2009 by
Ann from Eastland,TX
“ Beautiful hotel, Very comfortable rooms, convenient to market center. Restaurant-cafe outrageously expensive- hamburger $22. Parking lot was very poorly lighted with many bulbs out. Very expensive for self park. ” Jan 22, 2009 by
Cathy from Vidor,TX
“After a long day of business on my feet, I had to park a long way out and had an extremely long walk to my room.” Jan 14, 2009 by
Kimberly from New Braunfels,TX
“Many things were great, like location and cleanliness, but they should keep dogs on a separate floor that won't disturb the rest of us. The doors need to be more soundproof (large gap at bottom allows too much noise in) and close more quietly. Room service was very fast and staff was friendly.” Jan 13, 2009 by
larry from Edmond,OK
“Great Hotel. Was very busy due to Safari Club convention across the street. Price/value was outstanding.” Jan 9, 2009 by
Christopher from Denver,CO
“For the cost of the hotel you would think over night parking would be free, so wasn't to thrilled at a $17 a night parking fee. Other than that, I would recommend the location.” Dec 22, 2008 by
Ron Tramell from Mesa,AZ
“Remodeled, updated and extremely wonderful. Everything on the spot was beautiful.” Nov 10, 2008 by
Kathy from Greenwood,SC

“Very clean, and accommodating; just did not like having to pay to park at the hotel.” Sep 14, 2008 by
Ric from Lexington, KY
“Excellent hotel.” Sep 14, 2008 by
Einar from Austin, TX
“The hotel is fantastic. Great location and excellent amenities, like indoor and outdoor pools, jogging trail, sauna and gym, etc. This is the second time I stay at this hotel and there's one thing they do that bothers about me.” Sep 7, 2008 by
Michelle L. from Corsicana, TX
“It is a nice hotel, beware of the refrigerator though. As soon as you pick something to just look at it, it charges your credit card. It has a sensor in it and don't use it for personal use either. Better for business people, not families. Outside pool is nice if you want to be subjected to drunks.” Sep 1, 2008 by
Donna from Keller, TX
“Overall this was a great experience. Great quality and cleanliness for the price and very convenient to my conference.” Aug 29, 2008 by
Peggy from Kilgore, TX
“Beautiful hotel and very nice room. Great work out room. But parking cost $16 extra per day.” Aug 28, 2008 by
Wendy from Wylie, TX
“The hotel was beautiful, beds where great! The only things you have to be prepared for is the hike to your car and the knock on your door at 10 am from housekeeping.” Aug 20, 2008 by
Cindy from Humble, TX
“Easy access off interstate, close to many good restaurants.” Aug 19, 2008 by
Karen from Lawton, OK
“I enjoy staying at this hotel because I use it when I go to Market. It is conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. The shuttle is helpful when doing market.” Aug 17, 2008 by
Ricky from Godley, TX
“Customer service at 4:30 am was non existent & I had checked ahead to make sure this would not be a problem but it was.” Aug 15, 2008 by
Tracy from Claremore, OK
“The hotel itself was fine. However, there was a convention in town for Pentecostals (nationwide). The adults would leave their children unattended in the rooms while they would go to church. I say children, but in actuality they were animals. They started prank calling our room when we alerted security. The next day the fix it cart was parked outside of their room. The manager moved us immediately. The hotel charged for parking which was ridiculous. Other than that, the hotel itself was about a 3 star.” Aug 15, 2008 by
Tommy from Weatherford, TX
“Great!” Aug 13, 2008 by
Mike from Longview, TX
“Hotel is very nice in appearance and upkeep. However, the two casual clubs on the premises were either never opened at all or closed way too early (we stayed on a Saturday night.) We also had appetizers at the one bar on site that was open, and what we received would have been comical if not for the extremely high priced. I purchased the "Prawns" and was greeted with 3 very small shrimp (see definitions of prawns.) My wife ordered the crab cakes and - no kidding - got 3 crab balls the size of marbles. Room was very nice, but never seemed to get very cool (we stayed in August.) No way would I ever stay here again.” Aug 12, 2008 by
Michael from Magnolia, AR
“I felt like the hotel nickel and dime you for everything from the overpriced movies in your room to internet Wi-Fi.” Aug 10, 2008 by
Nena from Waco, TX
“Did not meet a 4 star expectations. Housekeeping had not completed room service, air conditioning did not work effectively, no tub in bath and shower was too high on wall for myself at only 4'11".” Aug 10, 2008 by
Chris from Norman, OK
“After the first room did not meet our expectations (two queen beds and the room smelled of smoke), the staff moved us to an interior room in the tower, which was much better. There was no view at all, but there was also no morning light seeping through. Internet is $10/day, and parking is $15/day, and this is not a downtown hotel--plenty of real estate is on this property, so the parking fee is a little ridiculous. The Sheraton across the street has free parking. As does the Renaissance in the other direction. However, a drink in the 28th-floor bar, though pricey, calms the nerves with a nice few--can't really see downtown, but it is a relaxing spot. Dining at the hotel is a little pricey and nothing spectacular at all, but there are good eateries within a short drive.” Aug 10, 2008 by
Chasani from Bridge City, TX
“They have a lot of conventions at this hotel so they are always really crowded, they have a big gym there to use the racquetball, tennis, or basketball gyms.” Aug 7, 2008 by
Chris from Hitchcock, TX
“Very nice hotel would definitely stay here again.” Aug 6, 2008 by
Teresa from Stillwater, OK
“The hotel and staff were great. I had an enjoyable experience after I finally got my car parked. There isn't enough self-parking. If they have large activities going on. I finally gave up and went with Valet parking although I really didn't want to spend the extra.” Aug 6, 2008 by
Jason from Dallas, TX
“This is a great hotel. One night we had to call security for noise late but other than that it is a great hotel.” Aug 1, 2008 by
Kris from Calgary, AB CA
“First of all. The customer service for the most part was fabulous. It was just a comedy of errors that made my stay very disappointing. I called ahead to say that I would be arriving late. When I arrived I was quickly checked in, but my room smelled of smoke, I could hear every word of the two ladies in the room next to me (as they were yelling over top of their hair dryer) and the walls were paper thin. I finally fell asleep to be woken many times by the following events: The respected my "do not disturb" sign on my main door, but instead tried messing with the lock on the adjoining room door (I had to get up and tell them to leave it alone that I was trying to sleep), the toilet and sinks were gurgling something fierce (honestly I couldn't believe the noise or my luck), then the construction started. I don't know if it was in the next room or above me, but it was a drill and saw and it was defining. When I picked up the phone to call guest services, I pressed the "Guest Services" button on the phone and it went no where. I tried 3 times and gave up. I got up and had a shower and checked out with about 1 to 1.5 sleep total. When I expressed my disappointment, all I got was a heartfelt, "I'm truly sorry Mame". That was pitiful. Now I'm sure you can see why I refer to this stay as a comedy of errors.” Jul 31, 2008 by
Wendy from Saugus, CA
“This hotel was like entering a city. I loved the welcome of the atrium and decor. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating.” Jul 28, 2008 by
Robert from Oklahoma City, OK
“Excellent place to stay for business or pleasure. All the amenities you can think of are offered at the Hilton Anatole. Great staff, great food and great place.” Jul 21, 2008 by
Lisa from Wichita, KS
“The hotel is beautiful. However, as a business traveler, I always try to keep expenses to a minimum. $15.00 a night charge to park our car. I have traveled for 18 years and never paid to park. We were not told of this charge. We checked in at 11:30 PM and the clerk simply handed us a slip of paper and told us to keep it on our dashboard so we could park our car overnight. It is posted that there is a charge to park but; however it did not say that it also applied to guests who were already paying to stay at the hotel! We did not know until we checked out that there was a charge. As I said before, as a business person, cost is a very important factor in the decision of where to stay and the extra $15.00 a night just to park my car is not acceptable. I will not stay at this hotel ever again. I understand that there is a disclaimer about extra charges being incurred; but I felt this was out of line and deceptive.” Jul 17, 2008 by
Mc from Leawood, KS
“This is a convention hotel, and it was fairly quiet when we were there. Not sure what it would be like when crazy busy. Can't say enough good things. Beautiful decor, comfortable room, convenient location. We were on the 21st floor and the view of Downtown Dallas was beautiful!” Jul 16, 2008 by
Jamie from St. Louis, MO
“This hotel is spectacular in every way except the rooms were overlooking the atrium carried all the midnight to 2 am noise right into the room. There was a strong deodorizer in the air that gave us a headache and chest pain. So although it was a great hotel, it was not a good fit for us.” Jul 16, 2008 by
Betsey from Sherman, TX
“Very large, very nice. Nice for honeymooners such as we were.” Jul 16, 2008 by
Stacy from Springville, TN
“It was an awesome place to stay except for the air conditioner going out. These things happen everywhere. It was one of the cleanest places that I have stayed in America. I travel on a biweekly basis!”
