• Location was good.
• No bathroom light, A/C did not work well, bed was uncomfortable.

“The staffs at the front desk were very friendly and very helpful. I would think that people with those types of work ethics should work at a 5 star hotel.”

• The hotel was clean, my room was ready earlier than expected and the staff were very friendly.
• It took a while for the elevator.

• Conveniently located to mall and attractions and easy access to highways.
• Breakfast closed down too soon.

“Overall stay good. I left some clothes behind in a drawer and when I called about them, they retrieved my clothes and had them at the front desk when I arrived. Very honest and trustworthy.”

• Pool is kind of dirty and it has just gotten warm enough to lie out.

• This hotel is set up like home where I can stay for a long time.
• I wish the free breakfast is offered everyday not just on weekdays.

• I needed a clean, quiet place to stay overnight.
• The lighting for the work area was not good. Needs an ottoman.

“This hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. That's all I was looking for. The location was perfect and in a nice area by the parkway.”

• It was close to all of the things that I needed to do during my stay.
• No daily towel exchange. Minimal work out facility.

• Looked New & the Price I paid would be right.
• No Face soap, Shampoo,, the shower rod would be dangerous if someone slipped and tripped to hang on, no soap dish in tub, thin walls, no light to read in.

“This hotel is ideally located, but cheaply constructed. Will go downhill fast. The lavatory faucet came off in my hand, the shower/tub pipes were loose. I also found a gas receipt between the bed and the night stand dated May 4th and a candy wrapper beside the chair in the 'living room' where there was no light to read by. This is one of the "buyer beware" places.”

• Lobby was clean & attractive. Great location & very accessible off of Toll way!
• First room had fleas. Second room was handicap accessible & not very convenient.

“This hotel has a great location with drive-in access from both the front & rear of the building. Upon arrival, front desk was efficient & friendly. They've almost completed a remodel/upgrade and, overall, it seems like a nice property. They don't communicate very well with regard to services provided or not provided. For example, I knew my 3-night stay did not include maid service but I didn't know if I was supposed to load the dishwasher upon check out or not. I checked into my room & found it clean & pleasant--that is until the fleas started biting me. I called the front desk at around 5 AM. The night desk clerk apologized, said they would have to have the room sprayed, and offered to find me another room. I found dead fleas in my clothing the next day! Apparently the only available room was a 'handicap accessible' room which lacked certain conveniences like a bathroom counter top and a bathtub. When offering me this room, she said it is a much bigger room (which it is) that has a full-sized bed instead of a queen. It was a clean room with a queen-sized bed(!)--and had no fleas--so it was fine for my needs. Shampoo, toothbrushes, & disposable razors were sold in a vending machine for $2.00 each. (I don't know if complimentary items were available--but I found this odd.)”

• The price was good.
• It was not a very nice hotel. No toiletries in the bathroom. Not friendly staff.

“My wife and I did not care for this hotel. The lady at the front desk was not mean, she just was not friendly. The bed was very uncomfortable and there were not even any lamps in the room.”

• Just that it was 10 miles from my job.

• Really great service, and continental breakfast. The room has everything you need!
• It is hard to avoid the toll way!

“The hotel is very easy to find and is in a great location. You are close to supermarkets, stores, malls, and tons of restaurants. The room had all kinds of stuff including a fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. The staff was wonderful and very helpful!”

“The hotel was exceptionally clean and the rooms very nicely appointed. The setup, like a small apartment, almost made me feel like I was at home. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location next to the North Dallas Toll way made my commute for business very easy.”

“My room was huge, with wonderful amenities like a fridge and stove, separate living room and comfortable bed with great fluffy pillows. I travel for business, and had drop-shipped a large amount of inventory to the hotel. The staff assigned a room to me before I got there and had the packages waiting for me in the room. I ended up getting in late and it was nice to not have to track packages, wait to have them delivered. I was able to get right down to business unpacking them and getting everything ready for the next day's business and then get to bed fairly quickly. I was pleased with everything except the location. I ended up being over ten miles from where I had planned and had a much longer commute than desired, especially in Dallas traffic. But overall I enjoyed my stay.”
