• Friendliness of staff.
• Bar experience.

“Went to the bar for a drink & after waiting several minutes was approached by the bartender. When asked about wines I was told he would get me a wine list. Oh he did after he cleared a table, made drinks for 2 other people, took some money, washed some dishes and put away the silverware. Other than that the hotel is excellent! Staff was very nice and friendly!”

• All non-smoking and had a room with two king size beds.
• Can't think of a thing. The night clerk was great.

• The convenience to the activity I was there to attend as well as my favorite restaurant.

“The hotel was outstanding and easy to find. It was near all of the places I needed to be and there were many others things to do and see nearby. The room was extremely nice and we had a very nice view as well.”

• Within walking distance of tons of restaurants.
• The AC did not work the way it should have.

“Easy to find, great location near restaurants. Everything seemed a little dark and dangerous. Homeless people roaming around, etc. Just didn't feel like a safe area. Plus the AC seemed to be set on a master control and made it unable to change it from 72 to a cooler temperature, which i prefer for sleeping.”

• Very convenient to various point of interest.
• Television was old.

“The room was nice. The bed was not the most comfortable bed I've slept on. The breakfast buffet was a bit pricey for the items offered. But since I needed a nice hotel in vicinity of Addison/North Dallas, Courtyard Quorum met my expectations.”

• I felt very safe while traveling solo.
• Lack of microwave and mini fridge. After a work day, I do not want to fight restaurant lines.

“I would love a mini fridge in room. One night of take out could be eaten all week and save time and $. Holiday Inn in Addison, Texas is the best stay!”

• The location.
• The service desk attendant wasn't polite or helpful.

“When I checked in the service desk attendant almost seemed like he was disinterested and not really polite. Never made eye contact and handed me the room key without letting me know how to get to my room. The setup was different than other hotels in which the elevators are in the middle of the bldg instead by the lobby. I didn't know that and had to do a scavenger hunt to find them. The room set up was also different because the TV wasn't aligned with the bed and the mini fridge hummed at night.”

“This is a nice property in a convenient, safe location. The building and grounds are attractively maintained and the staff was friendly, efficient and accommodating. I would choose this property on my next visit to the Addison area.”

• The staff was great and the hotel was in excellent condition.
• The work out facility was not well kept and allot of the machines did not work.

“Over all I loved the hotel. The location was great (within walking distance to lots of great restaurants), the staff was fabulous, and the rooms were almost brand new. Love the fact that it's all nonsmoking. Work out room needs to be updated.”

“The hotel was in a great location. I felt safe in this area of town. The housekeeping staff was very helpful and quick to bring things requested. I had a hard time understanding Alla at the front desk and wasn't always sure she understood my questions. ”

• The room did have an ironing board & iron, coffee pot, hair dryer.
• the room had been used by someone who left silverware, opened soap, shampoo.

“Room wasn't too bad just didn't like the idea that someone had been in the room maybe hotel employee and had left a small mess that was not cleaned up. Bedding and towels seemed to be clean. It was very nice that check-out wasn't until 1pm.”

• Excellent location with easy access and less traffic.
• The decor is very much outdated, needs a style upgrade, the walls are paper thin.

“It is right next to Belt Line, so there are plenty of things to do in close proximity. However, the traffic is very easy to the hotel, much better than just up the road (closer to High 5 and the Galleria).”

• The check-in was so fast that my husband thought I had left something in the car.
• Everything was perfect, there are no dislikes.

“The hotel staff was friendly and more efficient than any other hotel I have been to. The check-in was so easy and extremely fast that it was overly surprising, but I could very easily get use to the quick check-in, it doesn't drain your energy like a tedious slow one. I hope we get this hotel on another trip!”

• The Hotel was new and clean. The Room are of good size. It was in a good location close to the Galleria.
• The beds were not comfortable.

“The Hotel was nice but it wasn't a place I wanted to hang around. The rooms are a good size and nice and clean. The staff was not that friendly. I left something's in the room after I had left and when I called to ask them if they found them which they had, I asked if they could mail it to me and their response was they could not. I then had a family member go by and pick it up. I was disappointed and even offered to pay for the price of the mailing.”

• Wow! Great hotel for $30 per night. Being near the liveliness of the city, the location was perfect!
• I can't think of anything.

“The hotel's staff was friendly, the beds were very comfortable and it's location was perfect for those who love being in the middle of active city life and one of the best malls in the region. The hotel provides a desktop computer in the lobby with high speed internet access for free. They also have a breakfast buffet available in the morning for about $8.95 per person. I would definitely stay here again!”

• Great location, Very convenient being next to all the shopping and restaraunts.
• The only thing I can think of is that maybe they are due for some new furniture or atleast touch ups.
