• The rooms are huge!
• We left a camera charger there, contacted them, they said they'd call back, never did.

“Our stay there was amazing. It was really close to several places we needed to go and the people were quite friendly. The rooms were gigantic and very clean.”

• Beautiful room, free parking and free internet.
• No air conditioner in the hall, no drink machine on floor, no room service or restaurant service during my weekend there.

“Must have picked the wrong weekend to visit. Had planned to have room service and work on projects but had to go out to eat. Hallways were hot from no air conditioning.”

• Friendly! Even the manger was on the floor and I met him!
• Nothing!

“This hotel exceeded my expectations. Everyone, and I mean everyone was friendly and spoke every time I saw them. The manager was in the lobby most of Saturday supervising a crew that was cleaning the grout between every tile. The manager obviously runs a very upscale, clean hotel. I would definitely stay there again and again.”

• Great location - easy access to IH-35E and Market Center.
• The AC/Heating plant is loud. No restaurants within walking distance.

• We liked not having to pay for parking. Also the Internet access.

“The staff was very friendly and helpful. Even with all the cheerleaders that were staying there due to the NCA Cheer leading competition. Our fridge wasn't working and within the time we went to the competition and came back it was fixed.”

• Nice rooms, good location, courtesy shuttles.
• No free breakfast.

“Nice hotel, located within walking distance of UTSW medical campus and trinity train station. Hotel shuttle is nice. Rooms are clean, but does not have flat screen TV like other Hilton Garden Inn locations.”

• Excellent location.
• The mattress was in bad condition.

“We had a fairly good stay at this hotel, the mattress was leaning to one side and hurt our backs. Also, the night manager was kinda rude to me when I accidently stepped on a wet floor.”

• Bathroom, decor, hot water, and AC were substandard.

“The hot water went out on me and the hallways were not air conditioned. It took 6-8 hours to cool down the room I was in because the system was off when I entered. I was put in a Handicap room with no bathtub and I had to hand held the sprayer because it was not attached properly. The decor from the tile and the carpets were not thought out very well. Not what I would expect from a Hilton.”

• Comfortable room shower was great and bed was excellent.
• Hallway smelled very badly smelled like chlorine and cinnamon scented spray.

“Stay was brief and staff was more than accommodating. The room was comfortable clean and very nice large room. Only bad thing I have to say about this hotel is the hallway going to our room smelled pretty bad the pool was on the first floor and I think the smell from the chlorine in the pool and the air freshener they used mixed to create a pretty bad smell. But will stay again and would recommend it to others. Our room did not smell like this for those wondering.”

• Convenient, close to freeways.
• Wasn't told about complimentary water.

“Very convenient, close to freeways, close to uptown, oak lawn, reunion arena, and downtown. Hotel was clean although I did find a toothpick below my bed. Service was friendly, but was not told of the complimentary water; otherwise I wouldn't have chipped in my $1.25 at the vendor machine. The restaurant host was very nice, and breakfast was what I needed.”

• Close to my meeting. Loved the shuttle service. Easy to get to.
• Food slow and cold when I got it.

• Very clean, decorated beautifully, classy lobby, friendly staff.
• Only outdoor pool advertised as heated but it was not.

“We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton gardens. Our children and grandchildren enjoyed the facility including the workout room. The hotel was much more beautiful than the internet pictures depicted. The hotel was easy to locate and we had an easy time finding nice dining nearby without driving long distances.”

• The size of the hotel was nice and large.
• There were many broken things in my room, like light bulbs or drawers, or flushing toilet, room #422.

“This is a great hotel for business travelers as it's easy to locate off the highway and just as easy to get back on. Close to downtown and everything it has to offer. The rooms were large and included a microwave and refrigerator which was very convenient.”

• It was a really nice, clean, conveniently located hotel.
• I was a little upset that we received a room that only had a sofa bed, but it was nice otherwise.

“It was in a nice location, was clean and kempt, and the staff was friendly, despite having a lot of college kids there for weekend. It was a very enjoyable experience.”

“I stayed at The Hilton Garden Inn in Dallas during the OF-TX football game and it was such a good location since it was within proximity of downtown, west end and the cotton bowl. Excellent service and spacious rooms. Just be careful what you spend on the breakfast and the bar”

“There was a cotton ball in the trash can. The tile grout in the shower had mold. I didn't complain to management as everything else was ok. The help at the registration counter was very pleasant, tried very hard to please but sadly was very incompetent .”

“I found the Hilton Garden Inn in Dallas a most pleasant place to stay. Very clean, comfortable, accommodating, and the location was perfect.”
