• The free shuttle service was excellent.
• Much less expensive hotels feature free continental breakfasts.

“I liked the hotel overall. The facilities and staff were very professional. The restaurant was overpriced. I looked at the menu and decided to pass, so I can't comment on the quality of the food.”

• The beds and linens were wonderful after a long day of work!

“This hotel is a great choice for business travelers as well as leisure travelers. You will be met with impeccable customer service, a beautiful, clean lobby and extremely relaxing accommodations. It's a great location for the Market Center area as well as for entertainment in the downtown area.”

• The hotel was very nice it even smelt great.
• The restaurant prices were ridiculous.

“Some friends and I really enjoyed our stay. We were very impressed with the size of the room. I left a few items in the room when we checked out, I called the hotel the next business day and the very next day I received my belonging in the mail at no cost!”

• The part of town was kind of crummy.

“We didn't stay at the hotel very much, so it suited us just fine. The time we were there was very comfortable and convenient. The room was big enough so that 4 adults were able to hang out comfortably and the door to the bedroom made alone time with my wife private as well. Everything was great and if I am in this area of Dallas again I will hopefully be able to stay at this hotel.”

• The room and bed were very comfortable. The layout of the room made for great business transactions.
• The location is good but you have to loop around the freeway to get anywhere. Busy traffic!

“The staff was friendly and helpful! The room was very neat and clean and the beds were Great! The location is convenient to most Dallas attractions but the one-way access road with little option of back roads made getting there sometimes difficult due to traffic. ”

• Easy to find and close to where I was going, Outlet mall.
• When I called to confirm I was treated badly.

“Dallas Marriott Suites- On a nice family vacation we stayed at the Dallas Marriott Suites since it was such a pretty hotel in a great location. The kids wanted to do something fun and interesting, so the concierge suggested we go to Six Flags over Texas. Boy was it fun! When we got back to the room around 8pm, I realized I had forgotten to take off the Do Not Disturb sign, so they never cleaned our room. I called the front desk asking for fresh towels and they had someone bring them to us not even five minutes later! What superb service!”

“I had a meeting being held in downtown Dallas so I wanted a full service hotel as close to my destination as possible and found out that this hotel, the Dallas Marriott Suites Market Center was the closet. The hotel was really nice because I noticed there were both business and leisure travelers so there were no noise complaints and I was able to converse with other business travelers. I really enjoyed the rooftop concierge lounge that served not just cocktails at night but breakfast in the morning so you could wake up and watch the beautiful sun rise.”

• The room was an efficiency suite. We had plenty of space.
• The only thing that would have made it better was an indoor or heated pool.

“I would love to get this hotel again when I do Dallas. It was clean, spacious rooms, and we were able to take the shuttle over to the American Airlines Center.”

“room was very nice. dressing area separate from bath and toilet. doors could be closed to separate bedroom from living area. Had a sink and bar area with a refrigerator that was great. room service was prompt and good food. bed was comfortable.”
