“This is the best Inn that I never stayed in. It's inexpensive, clean, free breakfast, free high speed interest, big TV. The beds are comfortable.”

• High speed internet in the rooms.
• Walls thin, could hear television next door late into the evening.

“This is one of the best hotel i have ever stayed. I travel extensively and i have lived in five star as well as one star hotels here and abroad. I have to say some of the three star hotels are not as good as this one.”

• location away from highway nice because of noise
• the breakfast should have more options including fresh fruit

“The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff were very helpful while checking in and basically void the rest of the trip. We did not use the pool but wish we would have had time too. The price was unbelievably low ”

• The afternoon desk person (male) needs work

“This hotel is in a very good location. You can walk to restaurants and to a small park. One of the guest hosts (male) we've encountered several times needs to work on his customer service skills; be a little more informative and resourceful. That helps a lot when you're not familiar with the city one travels to. He also wasn't an affable man. We like staying at this hotel in spite of the customer service because of comp breakfast. The rooms are clean and well stocked - could use more plug in outlets.”

• Surprised by the quality of the complimentary continental breakfast.
• The serving attendant did NOT use gloves when handling trash, then food.

“regardless of the awesome price we paid to stay at this hotel the experience was even better. HIGH quality, HIGH experience w/o any loss of expectations at all. We asked for extra pillows "ONE" time and the maids left them there during our 3 day stay. Other "higher cost" hotels will take them away and you have to request EVERY day for more. I like the attention to details.”

• The best continental breakfast, the Mexican lady kept the dinning room spec & spin.
• Bathtub need to be regrouted or bleached. Black mold around the tub.

“The most generous continental breakfast. This is the first time we had stayed in this hotel chain. It won't be the last. Hope other hotel in this chain has same standard. I almost felt guilty for the price I had paid for the room.”

• they had a soccor team there and I got hit by a soccor ball in the head twice while staying there, the kids were everywhere and were kicking their ball.

• Excellent value. Excellent Hotel. I never stay anywhere else.
• Only problem with this stay was a strange call from the front desk.

“Love the hotel always clean rooms, friendly staff and excellent value. I recommend to everyone who stays in the metro area. When I travel other places I always stay in a fairfield and/or marriot hotel.”

• The staff are very friendly and helpful, and it's a clean hotel.
• The coffee pots in the rooms only make 1 cup at a time.

“Overall, this was a bargain. The hotel seemed relatively new. It would be nice to have wireless internet, but otherwise, it was pretty good. I'd recommend it.”

• NS room smelled like old smokers lived there for 80yrs.

• Lobby is kind of small, cramped

“Overall, excellant value for price paid. Not many amenities, though. Has the basics for an overnight stay. Comnfortable bed, clean bathroom, a/c works well! Would stay there again.”

• Wish it had been closer to my business destination.

“It was excellent. The rooms were clean. It had just been recently renovated. It has an indoor pool and spa and exercise room. The corridors are all interior and the parking is free and convenient.”

• I love the indoor pool and Jacuzzi.
• I wish they would allow more than 1 cup of coffee in the room in the am.

• The rate of the room was reasonable. The rooms were roomy and clean
• The TV was staticy, when we tried to rent a movie we had to move around the modem and wires. It was very complicated

“Overall the stay was average. Besides the fact that we had to move from one room to another. Once we did the move the problem was the same in the new room.”

• Housekeeping skipped my room.

“Typical Fairfield except that the housekeeping dept skipped my room when cleaning it, and for some reason I couldn't get any sleep at this hotel whatsoever without resorting to sleeping pills. Bright lights right outside the hotel rooms may have affected it.”

“It was a lot better than I expected. I got there it was in an excellent area. I was alone and the hotel rooms were inside and very secure. The pool was very nice as was the weight room. I was so impressed by the staff and the room. It was twice the size of the 1 star motel we had stayed in. It had everything you would need if you were home. Including blow dryer and iron and ironing board. We were lucky to get clean towels the second day we stayed at the other motel.”
