• Breakfast was good.
• Our room reeked of smoke.

“We were told that all of the rooms were non-smoking. They be non smoking now but the room we were given had been inhabited by smokers in the past. The smell of smoke was very strong. When we complained we were told all rooms were taken and that we could have an ionizer run. We were not pleased.”

• Comfortable room, clean and quiet, handy to many amenities.
• Breakfast was a disappointment, only had sweetened sugar cereals and white bread. Hot dishes not very appealing.

“Enjoyed our stay. Hotel was handy to everything we wished to see. Nice and clean and quiet and staff very helpful. Only minus was the breakfast, weak coffee, diabetic unfriendly breakfast choices.”

“Very spacious clean room. Our daughter had just had a spinal fusion an was needing to rest. The employees were very courteous and the room was large enough to use her walker. The beds were very comfortable!”

• Wide variety of food at breakfast. Quiet, clean room. Very helpful staff.
• Shower drained slowly in the bathtub.

“Excellent quality with great breakfast including waffles and boiled eggs. Hot tub is not very hot. Swimming pool was a nice warm temperature. Staff is helpful and friendly.”

• the room was very very nice and clean and we loved the comfort of the room.

“This hotel is very well located and close to Merit Care Clinics and the people there were very friendly and helpful, we will be staying there again.”

• Location, decor, wireless and wired internet , pool and friendliness of staff
• Much prefer completely non-smoking hotels, but the room was non-smoking.

“Comfortable, easily located hotel off the main drag is a good place for both business folks and travelers with families. The service was pleasant and the staff genial. The morning complimentary breakfast was a pleasant surprise and the noise off the pool was pleasantly subdued. Free wired and wireless internet is a great plus.”

“The staff was kind and helpful. Although one day, the room was not cleaned. Only the bed was made that day. Nothing else done”

• The staff went out of there way to ensure your needs were met
• A little difficult to find, there is cluster of hotels and the signage can be confusing

“Value for money was good, the staff on all shifts was EXCELLENT”
