• Beds were really comfortable.
• Too much chlorine in pool area - burned eyes just sitting.

“Overall, very nice place. Clean. We felt very safe and comfortable. Pool area was nice and clean - chlorine burned my eyes as I sat and read a book while kids swam.”

• Made to order breakfast and the rooms, indoor pool.
• It is very expensive internet access. In this day and age? Get with the program!

“The hotel is decent, but not really 3 or 4 star quality, whichever they describe themselves as. The furniture is very uncomfortable, but it suffices for a 2 or 3 day stay, especially if you aren't in the room much. Excellent breakfast, but get there early and don't leave your table alone or your food is gone! The neighborhood is going down, so if you are by yourself you might want to stay somewhere else with some security. Its a decent place to stay cheap in Dallas. Don't plan on using your internet, its 10 bucks a day for wireless and I don't even think they offer anything else, unless of course you want to plug into the phone system. It's ridiculous for them to charge anything at all when everyone and their dog in the area is giving away wireless access but whatever!”

• Hotel room was comfortable and loved the feather pillows.
• No locks on the outside doors at night. Not the best part of town.

“Hotel lobby appeared to be "dead" for an Embassy Suites. Generally the atmosphere of our stays at other Embassies is much more relaxed and enjoyable. Overall, the hotel room was nice, clean and comfortable. Area made me a little nervous with no locks on the side entrances at night.”

• They had free beverages.
• The pool had way too much chlorine in it.

“The hotel itself was okay. Their prices for room service were ridiculous. The chlorine in the pool and Jacuzzi was so strong that you couldn't even enjoy them.”

• Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
• The bacon tasted funny at the cooked to order breakfast.

• Breakfast was great, 2 sinks were very useful.
• Room could use some updating.

• Amenities met my expectations.
• Construction was going on and elevator waits were delayed, noises in the afternoon and early evening.

“Embassy suites are an excellent hotel for family travel. It met the expectations that I had for family travel, providing space to spread out and relax.”

• Convenience to world trade center.
• 9.95 day to hook up to high speed internet.

“I would not stay here again as a business traveler due to the internet situation. Business center usually had to be waited for also.”
