• Size of the bedroom is decent.
• The bed sheets are not comfortable at all, the the bathroom door is too close to toilet, the TV has reception issue, staff was not friendly.

“The hotel wasn't worth the price we paid because the staff was not friendly, the breakfast was cold, the bed sheet were not comfortable, the bathroom door was too close to toilet, and the TV has reception issues.”

• It was very clean and well located to the mall and restaurants.
• None.

“Well located for shopping and just off highway 29 this makes for walking distance to several stores and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.”

• Clean, quiet and a nice location to the mall.
• Indoor pool was very cold.

• Continental breakfast and that they served coffee all day.
• My check out paper under my door the last day had my name with someone else's address and credit card number on it.

• Continental breakfast w/waffle maker.
• A smoking room smells bad.

“The room was comfortable, though I wish they'd had a non-smoking room available. My husband like the softer than home mattress. The breakfast setting and selection were more than sufficient. We never got time to get into the pool, but it looked well kept and clean. We slept well!”

“Hotel dirty and worn, smoking room assigned. All my belongings smelled like smoke after staying here overnight. WiFi slow, breakfast very low quality and food was stale.”

“Hotel was fine, facilities good. There was a mixup about the room. We were given a smoking room, when we strongly preferred a nonsmoking room. We were assigned another room and told there would be a surcharge of $5.00, but at check-out the extra charge was probably waived.”

“Very thin sheets and blanket on the very hard bed. Room was freezing cold when we arrived, and was difficult to warm up. Really shouldn't have been more than a 1-star hotel in my opinion.”

“We stayed at a Comfort Inn. We've stayed in them before but this one had a fantastic breakfast bar, the room was clean and well supplied. The customer service was excellent, we were surprised to just walk up to the check-in desk and give them our computer print out and our ID and they gave us our room key and told us the room number.”

“The hotel room we were initially given smelled really, really bad because of stale cigar and cigarette smoke (it was obviously a SMOKING room). However, the clerk at the front desk was able to accommodate us with a different room that wasn't nearly so bad.”
