• It was easy to get places once I familiarized myself with the area.

• Rooms were good size, clean and neat.
• The room did have an old smoke smell in the room.

“The hotel is completely non-smoking, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is located close to the interstate highway so it is very easy to get to. It is close to food, movie theaters and the mall. We did not use the pool, but it had a nice pool for guests.”

• Very nice looking.
• Then toilet was not cleaned properly and smelled of urine.

“Everything was fine in the room, except the bathroom toilet. Then bowl was not cleaned properly and it had a urine odor. I was sick with the flu and as unpleasant as that is it was worse having to barf in a stinky toilet.”

• Very well equipped room, comfortable bed.
• Should replace a/c unit. Excellent room but with noisy, outdated heating/ac unit.

• The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was roomy and very clean and neat along with being welcoming.
• The hot tub was filled but the jets were not working and there was no knowledge of this on the computer. The hot tub would have been good for my husband.

“The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They were there to make our stay relaxing. There was high speed internet access in the room which really surprised us and they had come into the room and had turned our AC on so the room was very comfortable. There were a plenty of pillows feather and regular which was nice.”

• The pool/spa had too much chlorine.

“Excellent experience. Friendly staff, terrific breakfast, all in all this hotel exceeded my expectations! Everything was perfect except for the pool/spa. There seemed to be an extra amount of Chlorine which caused my son to have some skin irritation. The rest of the hotel was excellent though!”

• Clean, well decorated rooms. Good breakfast in am.
• Elevator noise/bell too loud at night. Poor kid control in am.

“The check in process was slow. The front desk clerk had difficulty with my reservation because the computer kept asking for more $$$. The pool is poorly supervised and underage children are allowed in the hot tub. The am breakfast was filling and well prepared/presented. Check out was very easy.”

• We liked the continental breakfast and the spacious room with pull out couch.
• Wish the pool would have been warmer and whirlpool was broke.

• Beautiful rooms with nice comforters and curtains. Much more appealing than most hotel rooms.

“The updates at this Fairfield are great. Beautiful rooms with appealing drapes/artwork/bedding. It didn't feel like a hotel room, it felt like you were staying at someone's home.”

• The room was spacious and well equipped (king with executive fold out). Great LCD TV.
• Nothing to tell. It was very adequate.

• Generous breakfast w/cold and hot items - replenished as needed - rooms clean and spacious - nice upgraded rooms - very pleased with the hotel.
• Hotel staff unfamiliar with pre-paid rooms, confusion over card used for accidentals check in took longer.

“Pleasantly surprised about quality. Given two upgraded spacious King suites with mini fridge and microwave. Nice white linens with professionally designed decor. Very clean! Excellent breakfast with hot and cold items. "Make your own" hot/fresh Waffles were a huge hit! Great location to malls and shopping. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Very satisfied! A+”

• The continental breakfast was wonderful. It provided nutritious items along with a wide selection of foods and beverages.
• The clerk initially goofed up our room keys and was not at all apologetic for the inconvenience.

“My stay was better than I expected. I got a clean room in a friendly motel that is centrally located near the shopping mall with a wide array of restaurants also in the area. The access to and from the motel in relation to major highways and city roadways is excellent. I look forward to once again patronizing this motel.”

• I loved the bedding! Great look and comfort. Didn't miss the big nasty bedspread and loved the blanket sandwiched between 2 sheets!
• Everything was just fine.

• Clean, spacious rooms with plenty pillows and linens. Helpful staff and good breakfast. Daughter loved the pool. Ice plentiful.
• I wish the air conditioner worked on a room thermostat.

Our daughter had a ball in the pool and hot tub, as I sat nearby in a comfortable chaise lounge and waited. And the ice machine never ran out.”

• The room size was awesome! It was very large.

• The Inn had amenities which were not included on the website (i.e. pool, hot tub).

“Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Great breakfast! Very quiet and clean hotel, and we could not believe it was only rated 2 stars. We will be lucky enough to get the Fairfield.”

• The staff was very friendly & accommodating. They did not have a room with 2 double beds but gave us a rollaway at no charge to use.
• Breakfast staff member did not show up in time due to time change. Ran out of syrup. Struggled to keep the breakfast foods stocked.

• The morning breakfast was good.
• My room was not clean, the staff wasn't very nice need I say more.

“I've stayed at many Fairfield Inn's and always had a pleasant stay, but this one was bad. I had a used bar of soap in the ice bowl, the bathroom was gross and the floor didn't look like it had been vacuumed”

“When I arrived, I found out I was going to have a king bed instead of two beds. The staff person then upgraded me to an executive suite with a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa, plus a fridge and microwave! What a great deal! We had a very pleasant night there.”

“The hotel is in a good location. Across from Cinema, close to shopping. The rooms were clean, although the non-smoking rooms tend to smell of smoke. The staff was friendly and efficient. There was a wide array of food for the continental breakfast.”
