• No leeway in bed type.

“We did not like was the fact that we could not have two separate beds. We are two older women that travel to market in Dallas twice a year. We always prefer a king size. We were given the smoking floor although I will say we could not smell the smoke in this room. We usually have to carry candles and room deodorant so we can't smell the smoke and it doesn't permeate our clothes.”

• It was very clean.
• It was in a horrible part of town.

“The hotel itself was very nice. The beds were a little too small. I wish they would have been queens instead of doubles. Like I said above it was in a horrible location. Other than that it was a wonderful stay. The breakfast was excellent, and there was always people cleaning everywhere.”

• The size of the rooms and the free cooked to order breakfast.
• We asked for a nonsmoking room and got smoking.

“Overall I would highly recommend this hotel. They are undergoing a little renovation right now but it never affected our stay. They were very friendly and accommodating.”

• The staff was great, the room beautiful.
• It was hard to find a out of the way.

“We had a hard time locating this hotel, as it is not on a major howdy; however, once we did we were totally impressed. The staff was solo helpful, the room, beautiful, the breakfast in the morning was deep-dish and the cocktails in the evening were a nice touch.”

• I enjoyed the convince of the business seminar we had during my stay.
• The location and cost for transportation (taxis) to downtown & other locations was too expensive.

“If the hotel settle extended into downtown or the convention buses came to the hotel it would have been more enjoyable.”

“I had a car so the hotel was easy to get to. It was clean and attractive. As a businesswoman, I felt very safe. The suites were spacious and comfortable.”

“Thought the facility was very nice. The manager's reception from 5-7pm nightly and the made-to-order breakfast was wonderful. I would recommend this facility to anyone.”

• I really liked the spacious room, and the separate bedroom.
• The location was difficult to find initially.

“Very nice hotel. Nice breakfast and happy hour. Pleasant and comfortable lobby/lounge. Did not want to stay confined to me room, although the room was very comfortable. I would stay there again.”

“when we arrived for check in I was told that I would get a smoking room I asked if there was a chance for a non smoking room he was checking when he informed me. I would get a corner room asked what he meant by that and was told it was allot smaller than the normal room to which it was. I feel that if you are dealing with this kind of hotel you should be aware of this and have people stay somewhere else. I had my girls from the office stay there 4 weeks ago and they did not treat them that way at all. I just feel that we did not get what we paid for.”

• Not extremely convenient to downtown Dallas.

• good staff, good retaurant and breakfast bar
• Fitness center attached to the pool - smelled chlorine

“Not the finest maids in the world, but had all the conveniences with having the fitness center, bar and restaurant. Their breakfast bar was very well done. The happy hour with free drinks from 5:30 - 7:30 was nice when I could get off work early enough.”

“Manager on duty was not very friendly. Never looked at me. We were given a smoking room even though we do not smoke and had 2 young children w/ us. When I asked for a different room they gave us a room that was already occupied by someone else! Went back and told what happened. No apology from the manager. Just was told that the smoking room was the only choice. (Pretty much a take it or leave it). Hotel itself was very nice.”
