• It was very clean. The staff was excellent. Will visit again.

“The hotel was not very easy to find because of the way it was set up. However, the rooms were very clean and the staff was extremely helpful. When we could not find it, we called and they led us there on the phone. What they lack in convenience (for easy locating) they make up in service and care.”

• The staff was very pleasant and helpful.
• The room was just a little below expectations, not quite thorough enough in housecleaning.

“Overall good experience. I would recommend it for business travelers, but not leisure if you are walking or using taxis. House cleaning could have been just a little bit more thorough. A pretty good walk if you want to eat at restaurants other than IHOP or hotel. They have a nice breakfast, and the lobby area was very nice. Id say I got what I paid for. The staff was very helpful and pleasant.”

• The help was very nice and helped us find the hotel after being lost for a while.
• The location is very difficult to find. We followed the directions and still could not find where we needed to go.

“The hotel was very difficult to fine. We followed the directions and got lost and even stopped to get different directions and got lost again. We drove all around the area for two hours and never found Stemmons. We finally called to front desk and the lady was very helpful and stayed on the phone with us until we got there. She also called around for us to see if the cowboy game had changed times. We were very satisfied with the help and the hotel after we finally found it.”

• It was convenient to where we were going.
• That smoking is allowed and that it is on the 1st floor where everyone can smell it as they enter the front and elevator.

“I liked the hotel staff and cleanliness of the room. Though, I did not like that smoking was on the 1st floor. This is the floor that everyone must check into of course, and is the first thing you recognize--the smell.”

• Bad directions. got lost and upset.

“Staff made up for my getting lost. had to have someone come get me. directions were from airport and I was driving in from the south. told to take wrong exit and could not find hotel.”

• All the comforts one would expect from the Marriot.

“It was not only a great site close to the airport. Also it was made pleasurable by the attitude of everyone that worked on the staff. I mean everyone.They seemed to have taken ownership of this location and it appears to be more than a job. Their pride shows.”

• Very clean & lush for the price!! They even let me check in way before check in time.
• Entrance to hotel was weird. There was only one entrance & the other was blocked, so if you missed it you had to circle around the block.

“I really liked this hotel. It had all the amenities & more. Especially for the price. The staff was super friendly and helpful. GREAT HOTEL!!! They even let me check in WAY before the check in time without charging me extra. (which was very nice because we were sooo tired from driving!) I would love to stay here again!”

• Bathroom sink did not have running water

“A little disappointing overall. The first room they put us in didn't have running water in the bathroom sink. The second room was fine but the mattresses on the beds were only 4 inches thick. The airconditioner was an older type that droned all night but that helped block out the noise as they put us right beside the entrance and the elevators. If this was the norm, I won't be back.”

• I couldn't have picked a better place myself if i had requested it. very convient & easy to find. hotel rooms, amminities and overall stay was great!
• Nothing! all the staff from beginning to end was very cordial and helpful with all our needs. We even stayed an extra night!!

“The hotel staff was very impressive. They seemed eager and very willing to "over accomadate" all our needs. Ms Loraine in housekeeping and the desk clerk Sunday morning really went beyond their duty in helping to accomodate us. ”

“I was satisfied with the hotel facilities but the hotel was understaffed and I had trouble getting a wake up call and had to wait 20 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk so I could get checked out.”

• The cost was extremely reasonable.
• The hallways were freezing cold. Bathroom floor not clean behind door.

“I would not stay at this hotel again. I am always bothered when the floors in the bathroom are not cleaned well.”

“This hotel was very hard to find. Directions did not explain well how to get to hotel. After being in town we looked for 20 mins later just for hotel. ”
