• I liked the cleanliness of the room, very nice room
• The little shop seemed to always be closed.

“The hotel was very nice and clean. Staff was very friendly. If I come to Dallas again I would stay here again.”

• I loved the way it looked.
• The jacuzzi was out of order and the pool was a mess with no lighting.

“I was impressed with the beauty and location of this hotel, but the accomodations were a dissapointment. The pool was dirty with newspaper trash littered on the bottom of the pool floor. No lighting was available due to a breaker that was nonfunctioning. The hotel staff was less than thrilled to hear that we wanted to go swimming at 8:00 in the evening event though the pool said swimming was available until 11:00 p.m. The jacuzzi was out of order.”

• The hotel staff was outstanding and very nice. Also, loved the appearance of the hotel, inside and out.
• I'd rather the hot tub be out by the pool rather than in the spa inside.

• Gorgeous room, HD LCD TV. In-room safe (big enough for notebook computer).
• Parking garage is far from rooms.

“This hotel is Gorgeous. Great attention to detail. The location is off by itself next to a lake. Room had a 42"(?) LCD HDTV, notebook computer sized safe (in-room), great bed and bathroom. This was one of the best rooms I've stayed in for quite some time. Only annoyance was the parking garage was quite a was from the elevators to the rooms and my room access card kept malfunctioning (replaced/reprogrammed 4 times over 3 days).”

• Very friendly and relaxing environment.
• Directions to get there where incorrect, the exit number is wrong on the highway.

“Our stay was wonderful. The staff at the hotel was nothing sort of helpful and friendly. The price of the hotel was unbelievably great considering the hotel quality being so high. I well recommend this hotel to everyone I know traveling to Dallas.”

• Not enough restaurants.

• Excellent price for the hotel.
• Too far away from downtown Dallas, no free access to the hotel computers.

“It was a good stay, but I would have liked it to be closer to downtown Dallas. No free continental breakfast.”

• The hotels lobby set the stage. It was so nice that we knew our room would be that way also. The room was nicer that we imagined.
• There is not a thing that we did not like about the hotel.

“The entire family, husband, daughter, 18, daughter, 12, and myself thought the omni park west was a wonderful hotel. We would definitely stay there again. One of the best values we have ever received on it.”

• The plasma in the room.
• We can¿t stay there every weekend.

“This is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. Three families¿ stay in Dallas every weekend and would like to get this hotel every time.”

“Great high rise hotel, right on the freeway, only a few miles from Downtown and minutes from Las Colinas, and other areas. Close to Irving. Great bar, good restaurant, great experience overall.”

• The room was very clean and the view was wonderful!
• The hotel billed my credit card causing a double billing but credited my account when I called five days later.

“The Omni Hotel in Irving is a multi-story hotel offering fabulous views of the city and countryside, and it provides plenty of nearby covered parking spaces in its parking garage. Employees are friendly, helpful, and efficient. Having already registered and paid, I was able to be in my room within minutes of arrival. Upon entering my room, I was immediately impressed by its cleanliness, even to the point of walking across the carpet barefoot, which I seldom do in a hotel room. I was provided an abundance of towels and a snuggly terrycloth robe for my stay. ”

“The Omni Dallas Park West is a beautiful facility. From the moment the doorman greets you until you check out, everyone is friendly and professional. Beautiful rooms with many extras. The rating should be 5 star for this hotel! Close to malls, fine restaurants, etc.”
