• Loved the room. It was awesome!
• We had to leave early to one of our kids getting sick. We are from Wichita, KS.

“The hotel was nice. Great location and we loved our room. Would have been nicer if the bathtub was bigger, but the shower head was great! We had to leave early as one of our 4 kids got really sick back in Kansas. We left mid day and were not able to stay for our 2nd night. They did not give us our money back for the night we didn't even use. I think they should have considering the swine flu outbreak right now. The hotel is nice and the staff is great, but were not very caring about our situation.”

• Comfortable Beds.
• It is not close to the Cowboys Stadium, which it is portrayed to be. It's close to the old Texas Stadium, and 30 minutes away!

• The hotel had many late check out and rooms were not available when promised. Serious inconvenience!

“Rooms were not available when scheduled and they never said why. No food services available after 11 PM. We were there for football game and it had a 6PM start and you would have thought they would offer food when guests returned, at least room service.”

• Room was dirty. AC was broken and they wouldn't allow us to change rooms because they said that all the Ac's
  worked the same in all the rooms.

• Beautiful location. Clean rooms. Polite receptionist. Very helpful.
• Charge for the internet. I had to use internet for my work purpose and it cost me for that. Do not have a Shuttle to and from the Hotel.

• The view from our window overlooking the lake was nice and relaxing.
• The parking spaces were to close together, ice maker on my floor was not working.

“Over all we had a very relaxing stay. The bed and the room was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would stay there again if I needed to stay in that part of the Dallas area.”

• The pond behind the hotel was pretty cool.
• Hot tub was out of order 2 nights 3 days.

“The hotel was fairly comfortable. The breakfast buffet they was quite proud of I guess but the food was not worth that much. Nothing really close by that was convenient. You really had to hold your nose when you showered the water smelled horrible!”

• Children loved the indoor pool.
• There was nothing I did not like.

“This hotel stay was wonderful. The staff was friendly; gave two complimentary movie passes for the children to watch Disney movies on the television. Engineer brought a refrigerator and a microwave as soon as requested. Extra towels were provided by housekeeping. The 4 and 6 year old grandchildren loved their "vacation.”

• The view was perfect and the food was great.
• With construction the place was a little hard to locate and there was no refrigerator in room.

• It was a comfortable stay.
• To much noise around our room.

“Hotel was nice and rooms were clean. When we went to check in we did not get much information of where things were around the hotel and the services it offered but we did find out about them through the rooms guide. It was noisy on our floor until about three in the morning. Overall, the stay was good, the facility clean, and housekeeping was really nice.”

• Friendly and courteous staff. Excellent price for the experience and location.
• Some areas of the motel had moderately worn carpet.

“Hotel was very clean. Front desk help was very courteous and helpful in finding local businesses. We attended a Dallas Cowboys game while staying and the location was excellent in that it was close to the stadium and very accessible both prior to and after the game.”

• Could not close the drapes to darken the room.

“We attended a wedding in the area and did not spend much time at the hotel. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud and we will definitely use the Marriott again.”
