• Wonderful room and
  really nice staff.
• No close food places.

“The room was great, the bed super comfy, way nicer than we were expecting for the $$$ we paid. The next morning we called to the front desk and they let us check out late at no charge also. VERY nice staff and great room. We would love to stay there again.”

• This hotel was excellent! The room was spacious and made us feel very comfortable and safe.

“This is an extremely beautiful hotel. We were able to arrive on short notice. It was very comfortable. The room was peaceful and spacious. Both myself and my daughter felt very safe in the room. When we needed a new remote, they immediately replaced it and brought it to our room. They were very helpful when we asked questions. There was a living area, as well as a refrigerator/microwave in the kitchen area.”

• Great suite floor plan, immaculate rooms and expanded continental breakfast included!
• Location was easy to get to, but a little isolated. Had to drive to restaurants, etc.

“Room decor was not extremely fancy but quite aesthetically pleasing. Staff was pleasant and helpful. And I was delighted to find breakfast included. More than just pastries, juice, coffee, eggs, biscuits and gravy. Several kinds of pastries, yogurts, fruits, etc. Not exactly restaurant quality, but much better than I expected from a complimentary breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel for business or pleasure.”

• The only negative thing I could say was staff was not friendly or helpful finding dining places.

• The airport shuttle did not run on the weekend.

“Hotel was clean, but its location is not near anything in walking distance. The hotel airport shuttle took 50 minutes to pick us up, and did not run the next day (Saturday). This was very disturbing, and the cab fare was $35 to get back to the airport.”

• It was quiet and I rested well due to the fact that I had just gotten off of a 19 hour flight.
• It did not smell good. It smelled like it might have water damage at one time recently.

• Very nice "continental breakfast" available.
• Carpet in room had ridges as if it had been stretched.

“An attractive hotel with good size lobby and dining area (for the excellent, free breakfast that they serve). Exercise equipment was well maintained and functioning. Pool is small and outdoors, we did not try it but it appears well maintained. ”

• No sign on west side of building that can be seen from hwy.

“As usual Amerisuites are great and very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was good and there was always enough. Great place to stay, very convenient right on the highway to get anywhere in Dallas.”

• Very clean, spacious room, good variety for breakfast, helpful staff.
• The mattresses were too hard, caused back aches for both of us.

“Hotel was easily accessible; staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The kitchen area was fairly well equipped. Beds were very hard and not very comfortable. Would recommend this hotel, especially for people who enjoy sleeping on hard mattresses.”

• Convenient to freeway, free breakfast, suite-style room.
• Bedding was sub-standard. Very poor mattress.

“Hotel is convenient to freeway in safe, clean Las Colinas area of Irving. (Front-desk guy did not even ask to see a photo I.D., or any I.D. for that matter. Just took my name and gave me the room keys. Not the safest policy when you think about it.) Anyway, suite-style room was clean. But mattress was poor quality. Breakfast was "self-serve" set up with cold cereals and juice, fruit, waffle iron, toaster oven -- nothing to write home about, but convenient, especially since it was free food. (No restaurants nearby.) If bedding ever gets upgraded, the hotel could have a higher rating.”

“Our stay at Amerisuites - Hidden Ridge was excellent! The room was well suited for our family get-together. We were travelling with a baby - the small kitchen made our visit so convenient. The breakfast buffet was good . . . . the location very convenient to our activities. I would highly recommend the hotel and staff!”

• Not enough choices for movies like it could offer more HBO or maybe cineamax.

“We went for a sport event, so the location of the hotel was great but it would have been better had they offered shuttle. Their breakfast meals were super and having a microwave & fridge in the room was super. All in all our experience at this hotel was great.”

• The price was excellent for what I received.
• The vending area was all the way on the opposite end of the floor that I was on.

• Staff was not very competent in dealing with electronic room keys. Also assigned us a smoking room when a non-smoking was requested.

• 2nd security lock broke, lavatory didn't drain & noisy toilet.

“I loved the kitchen & microwave & refrigerator & iron & hair dryer! The bed was comfortable. I enjoyed my stay very much. But the things that didn't work properly did leave an unfavorable impression. The security lock, lavatory drain, & noisy toilet were all in need of repair. Also I think the breakfast should be available until 11AM on the weekends.”

• The water temperature in the shower fluctuates dramatically.

“Our stay at the Pine crest Inn was enjoyable. The staff was friendly and the rooms we used were clean. As a family we would enjoy staying here in the summer months so that we could utilize the outdoor swimming pool. The only thing we did not enjoy was the fluctuation of the water temperature in the shower.”

• I wish the suite had 2 televisions, like some others.

“Room and hotel is nice. But it is too far south southeast from Airport. I wanted something closer to airport. Hotel is all by itself. Was hard to find or get to from freeway. Staff was great. Quiet rooms, good hot water and water pressure. Nice hotel if you don't mind the distance.”

• We were given a wheelchair accessible room which meant no tub only a shower.

“When I walked into my room, there were 5 dead cockroaches on the floor in the bathroom. I switched rooms and asked the manager to contact me. Know one called and followed up. I was very busy and assume that were too busy for me.”
