• Fabulous bedding! Clean room and beautiful done.

“The Westin has the most heavenly bedding. You crawl in and could stay forever! This hotel also had an amazing breakfast buffet. The food was fabulous and had a huge variety offered with a beautiful array of fruits! The staff were helpful and friendly especially at the breakfast buffet.”

• Everything was perfect. From the minute you walk in you feel at home.
• There was nothing I did not like.

“I was treated like a queen from the moment I walked in the door. I was lost and had to call a couple of times for directions and the staff was very kind and patient and more than willing to help. I felt safe and at home. The staff really seems to care about their guests and it seems genuine. Truly a first class hotel. I hope to stay with them again in the future!”

• The bed, shower, staff and room service were fantastic.
• The pool and jacuzzi at night was not lit it was very dark.

• Location was great. Close to the Ranger Ball park.
• I did not like the TV, it was older and the bed although the bedding itself was great. The bed was hard as a rock.

• Comfortable bed.
• Overpriced breakfast!

“The room was clean but the internet fee and very expensive breakfast and the low quality telephones in the room really soured my experience at this hotel. The mini-bar was a mess with rotten fruit and opened drinks and half eaten chips!”

• I expected better service. They didn't let me use the pool after hours - not to swim but just to sit outside and read my book.

• The rooms were very clean!

“Only drawback was that I was attacked twice by a mockingbird in the parking lot. I mentioned it to staff after the first attack and their only response was "oh, it's back?" No other action was taken.”

• Very clean, great personnel, classy.
• Room was a little small compared to a similar hotel we recently visited.

“Staff was great, very friendly and helpful. Rooms and Hotel was clean and inviting. Loved the view from the pool but the hot tub was out of service and covered with plywood. Overall we enjoyed our stay would return.”

“The hotel was really great but when we checked in the air conditioners in the rooms were not working and there was no water. It was 102 that day. The hotel offered water bottles (that were not at all cold) and half price appetizers in the lounge. (Really 1/2 Price. Don't knock yourselves out!) But within 30 minutes everything was working again, cooled off fast and we had a great stay. My kids loved the 16th story pool especially at night!”

• Room service dinner was great food still hot upon arrival and fast 30 min.
• Valet for auto at 545 am took 15 minutes man at counter finally went and brought our car around.

• Convenient next to airport. Linens & dual head shower were great!
• They did not clean my room 2 out of 5 nights.

“Convenient to airport for business traveler, but not near any tourist areas. Not a good area for walking (no sidewalks). Room was very comfortable with flat screen TV and CD player, beautiful linens & small fridge.”

• I could sleep all day in their beds!
• I forgot to put out the "Do not disturb" sign, but hotel staff kept trying to open the door even though it was locked.

• It was quiet and very clean.
• Tubs were very slippery.

“Shower/tub was very slippery - in all the rooms we had - very dangerous. Also didn't expect to have to pay for computer room and printing of papers - there was a charge per minute and per page. Other than that it was clean and very nice and quite convenient.”

• Very small bathroom and fridge didn't work.

“It was a nice hotel. The toiletries were amazing, something about that White Tea smell that just puts me in a great peaceful mood. Very simple room, I think they were going for the modern look, which is fine I guess. I wish they had a operational refrigerator in the room they did have a stocked fridge that we just emptied and put our things in, but it was never cold I wonder why(?) I really didn't feel like complaining to the staff - but besides that, the room was nice and quiet and a good price for a couple days.”

• Heavenly collection.
• Movie selection and free channel choices.

“I love the Westin in Irving. The hotel is beautiful and the Heavenly collection I loved. I wish I could come every weekend. The only thing that I don't like is that there is no security gate and there are random Irving-ites walking around in the parking lot. Because I am from the area (Keller, TX but raised in Coppell, TX) I kind of know what to expect, but if I was from out of town, that would be a turn off.”

• Rooms were a little cramped.

“Westin's beds are indeed heavenly and this was a great place to stay for the night while traveling through DFW. It was close to the airport and the courtesy van arrived promptly. The room was comfortable but I had to change rooms due to the noise from some kind of generator outside. Staff were very accommodating, however, and gave me a new much quieter room. They also allowed me a late check out so that I didn't have to hang around the airport for an extra 2 hours waiting for my plane. I found the room to be a little cramped, and the TV reception wasn't very good, but, overall, I was impressed with the staff and I did enjoy my stay.”

• The bedding is amazing!!

“The bedding was wonderful. The amenities were great. The common areas were very attractive. The staff was eager to help. To be so close to the airport it was very quiet. It couldn't have been a nicer stay. High-speed internet was not complimentary, and was $10 per day. Also, in-room movies were $16, which seems a bit high. But, i would definitely stay here again.”

• Location.
• Waited 1 hour in restaurant bar, then walked out.

• Very nice and updated rooms.
• Exercise tax on drinks at the bar -12% on already expensive drinks.

“The hotel exceeded expectations and was reasonably priced. I ate and drank at the hotel bar. The food was excellent, the drinks were skimpy, high priced and they add a 12% excise tax on drinks that are already $8.50 or more before tip.”

• Nice rooms
• Lifts in poor condition worn and dirty. Courtesy bus timetable to airport every 30 minutes, would have preferred every 15.

“Good location 12/15 mins in courtesy bus to/from airport. Bus only ran every 30 minutes, disappointing. Rooms spacous and kept to a good standard.”

• Extremely comfortable bed.
• WiFi internet is not free.

“Awesome hotel to stay in. Spectacular gym with very cool pool & Jacuzzi on the roof, wow. Extremely comfortable bed with lots of pillows. Complimentary starbucks coffee in room. Flatpanel tv and modern furniture. The only downside is pricey room service and no free internet.”

• Newly upgraded and the heavenly bed was amazing.
• Paper thin walls, could hear everything in the hallways.

“This hotel was recently upgraded, nice in the rooms and lobby. Our bed was greatness and and staff was good too. Only complaint was loud folks in hallway, the doors are so loud when they shut and can hear every detail in the hallway. We loved our night there though! For the price, it was great!”
