• The room was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable.

• Rooms were a nice size, comfortable, and quiet.
• Coffee. But then, even some 4-star hotels can't manage a good cup of coffee, especially from an in-room coffee maker.

• Convenient to find, close to a major highway.
• Cleaning staff left a dirty napkin on the floor a cleaning rag on the TV stand and a used shampoo bottle in the room.

“Overall, the hotel was nice, convenient to get too, clean for the most part. I was disappointed that the hot tub was not working and that they were actually removing it because it was to hard for them to maintain. I was pleased that I was allowed to check early, front desk staff was very friendly and the breakfast bar was nicely set up with many options.”

• Musty smell in room.

• Staff was nice and the location was convenient.

• Hotel is quite old rooms very small.

“Adequate place to stay if you don't have to stay in rooms long. It worked in our case because we just stayed there to sleep.”

• Cleanliness, quality furnishings, above average, high ceilings, large room, doubles queens, quality complimentary breakfast, and quiet, convenient. Free parking.
• Nothing significant, but if had had time, would have enjoyed a swimming pool.

“Husband and self on business trip. Stayed overnight and had to leave early. Did not get to enjoy the amenities longer as we would have liked. We definitely would recommend this hotel.”

• No views, small size room, difficult to find.

• I would definitely recommend this hotel to someone.
• I was not familiar with the area, so kind of hard to find.

“The hotel was very clean and the staff was quite friendly and helpful. We hade a large and clean room, with microwave, small refrigerator, in room coffee pot, iron and ironing board and hairdryer furnished. The breakfast was very good and the stay exceeded my expectations. Would recommend the hotel!”

• Clean, quiet and easily located.
• The first room I received had a broken lock on the door but manager relocated me without question.

“Friendly staff greeted me and my fiance`. Check in was less than two minutes and check out was as quick. Room was in great condition and very comfortable.”

• Clean, convenient, safe and had pretty good air conditioning!
• I really don't like 11:00 AM check-outs. I came in very late and was too tired!

• This hotel was real clean.
• The air conditioner did not work good. I put the thermostat on 65 degrees and it felt like it was 80 degrees in the room hot never cooled down.

“Other than the air conditioner and the room being hot it was a nice hotel.”

• Rooms clean, large, breakfast was good, accommodated my room request for two rooms close together (I was traveling with teenagers).
• No pool.

“I took 4 13-year-olds to six flags over Texas overnight. The hotel was convenient to the George Bush Expressway. Los Colinas is a great area of Dallas. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was helpful. The kids were disappointed there wasn't a pool, but that was the only downside.”

• Quite location with no traffic problems.
• Room lock did not work, staff had heave accent hard to understand.

“Did not stay in the hotel much, to many other things to do. I left to go shopping, sightseeing and attend sporting events. It is a central location to do each of these things in the DFW area and not in a high traffic area. A good place to come back to for a night of rest.”

• The staff was very helpful. I hoped for a non-smoking room, but they did not have one left. So they cleaned and sprayed my room to remove any smell.
• It was a little difficult to find.

“Very nice. Their wake up call system was manual, which surprised me, but they came through for me. I was just there for the evening and did not really see the whole area.”

• Nice, clean, friendly.
• Had to ask for a shower curtain and toilet paper but they did take care of it promptly.

“It was a very nice hotel and very clean. The staff was more than helpful. I'm sorry to say the preparedness of the room lacked with no shower curtain or toilet paper but it was taken care of within minutes of a phone call to the front desk. The hotel was placed in a very safe and convenient area.”

• Had HBO, close to decent restaurants, ok bkfst.
• Smoking room, reeked and had one bed instead of two.

“Really disappointing when you drive up, only more disappointments in interacting with staff (who are short in their responses and not very helpful). Further disappointments in entering room that reeked of cigarette smoke. I laid down on the bedspread and had to change clothes after that because of the smell. TV worked well, bed relatively comfortable, poor pillows. Convenient location and relatively safe parking.”

• The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Waffles for breakfast!
• It would have been nice to have a Jacuzzi tub.

“The staff was courteous and friendly. The continental breakfast offered a wide range of breakfast foods - including freshly made waffles with a variety of toppings. The room was cleaned each day. We would return again.”

• We were treated as though we were first class citizens. I loved it.
• There wasn't anything I didn't like. It was amazing for the price.

“The staff was very friendly. The front desk called after we were settled in to see if everything was okay. They had a lovely breakfast, coffee and tea all the time and cookies in the afternoon. Unfortunately, I did not have time to use the jacuzzi, but it was sparkling.”

“The staff was pleasant and made me feel welcomed during my stay. The young lady at the desk even went that extra mile to assist me in making arrangements for celebrating my wife's birthday. Her initiative and resourcefulness is very rare in the workplace in these times. I will always try to book with that hotel when I'm in Dallas.”
