• Was not able to watch any of the normal shows
  I watch as a e, learning Chanel, etc. Seems all they had was new chanels.

• The beds.

• Friendly restaurant & front desk staff.
• Very dark room with over sized furniture.

“I stayed with my child for a special event weekend, held at the hotel's ballroom. The hotel is nicely furnished and in a safe location. Lobby and overhang entrance very pretty, well stocked gift store had travel needs for kids and adults. The main floor part of the hotel is still under construction so some disarray and yellow taped off section. Every one of the public ladies bathrooms, which we used frequently (child=small bladder), had stall doors not hung properly or able to shut & lock, there were full trashcans & toilet paper on floor through the two days we were there and they were not full at occupancy. Ballroom was large and seemed to be well staffed when chairs and tables needed to be moved for special event. Lots of parking and doors near that area. Not enough luggage carts and no bellman around when we checked in on a late Friday afternoon. Hotel restaurant had a healthy choice for kids meal that was inexpensive and tasty served by friendly staff. There was a outdoor heated pool available and workout room. My card was keyed for our room floor, but I needed to be able to get to two other floors to other guests room there for the event. Despite carefully keeping my cards away from my cell phone and other magnetized cards, the cards were a huge frustration. We made 7-8 trips to the front desk over two days to re-key the cards, not fun for me or my child when she was tired to walk back and forth. Sometimes it worked on the elevator slot, but not at our room door at the end of a long hall. The room itself was very clean and bathroom also clean. Starbucks coffee, clean carpet, blow dryer, ironing board, radio alarm clock, and flat screen TV all handy. No microwave or mini fridge. TV remote had glitch issues so no cartoons!, we were missing light bulb, and had another lamp with no light bulb. Room is lit by very small mini task desk lamp, tall standing lamp near window.”

“Great, clean hotel in a very upscale part of Dallas/FW. Great if you are flying in-and-out of DFW, great if you are in town for an event at Texas Motor Speedway like I was.”

• Phone didn't work, alarm clock set wrong.

• Easy airport access and free shuttle to/from DFW.
• Was gone for 7 days on vacation. Hotel would have towed my vehicle had I not returned the day that I did.

“I was totally happy with the hotel itself, but knowing they were going to tow my car the next day really hacked me off.”

• The bed.

• The proximity to dew, the 24 hour shuttle to dew and the cleanliness of this hotel was great.
• I have no complaints.

“This is a great hotel to stay at if you have an early morning flight out of dew. This hotel provides a 24 hour 7 day a week airport shuttle to dew and all you have to do is call the front desk 10 minutes before you want to leave for the airport. This hotel is very clean, the shower great and the beds very comfortable. I have no complaints and would stay her again.”

• It was extremely nice and the room service was prompt serving great food for breakfast.

“This is an extremely friendly, cozy, and luxurious hotel. I would recommend it highly. In fact, I arranged for a business associate book a room the same time I stayed there.”

• The room was a little small and waited awhile to check in.

“It was a little farther out than we thought, but the hotel was very clean. They were busy, and we had to wait to check in, but the room was clean. We ate breakfast at the rest. There, which was very good.”

• Nice beds, great location near dfw airport and parking.
• Breakfast buffet was awful-- food was cold and did not taste good.

“Perfect for business travelers as it is near dfw airport and there is a covered parking lot right across the street. Just be sure to skip the hotel breakfast and eat at the nearby Denny¿s or at the airport.”

• Location near DFW airport and easy shuttle to and from airport.
• Room was extremely small for a Sheraton property.

“Room was clean and everything in working order. Room was quiet even though we were very near DFW airport. We requested a king/non smoking and were given this room without hesitation. The room was really small but it served our purpose well as we were there to catch a bit of sleep after a flight.”

• The beds are the best beds I have ever slept on.
• Didn't like being charged for the use of the internet.

“We were very impressed with the Sheraton; the staffs were professional and courteous. We crawled into the plush beds and watched movies right after dinner. I will stay at this Sheraton again. Very impressive!”

• This Sheraton was much nicer than the west in Dallas, where we attended a conference.
• I was disappointed that there were no bathrobes My only criticism.

“About a ten minute shuttle ride from the airport, this hotel was exceptional. We had dinner in the restaurant at 11pm and were very happily surprised at the excellent food and service. Room service for breakfast was reasonable and exactly as ordered -- on time. Every staff encounter was very professional and accommodating. The room was very nice though moderately sized. The bed very comfortable, and bathroom immaculate. The view was unspectacular, but that wasn't a high priority. The halls were noticeably brighter and more inviting than most upscale hotels. This Sheraton grand near dew receives a stellar recommendation and my hope for a return visit!”

• I liked the location close to the airport and the convenience of a shuttle to take guest to the airport. Transportation was very efficient.
• The bathroom fan came on with the light. It was very noisy. I couldn't the telephone or the TV.

“Overall this hotel provides the convenience every business traveler is looking for - short shuttle to the airport, business center and nearby restaurants, grocery stores, shopping mall and quite atmosphere.”
