• forgot my cell phone charger. got it back the next day
• elevator on the south side

“everything was above expectations. The only problem was the elevator on the southside entrance to my room. It made alot of bad sounds going up and down. Couple of times I took the stairs instead.”

• Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast bar was fresh and constantly restocked. Room was well cleaned.
• Hallway was warm.

“The hotel was clean and had a nice lobby. Room was clean and cleaned well during our two day stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. The elevator, however was very slow, though hallway was warm and the mini-store beside the front desk had little selection.”

• Nice, clean, quiet room for reasonable price in good location.
• No problems.

“We needed just an overnight stay near the airport. The shuttles were timely and the room was well furnished, clean and quiet. Staff was very helpful and the internet access handy to have. I would recommend this hotel.”

• Spacious room (suite), comfortable beds, great staff.
• Found nothing to dislike.

“Friendly, helpful, courteous staff. Good to have breakfast available- not many restaurants nearby. The airport shuttle is a real advantage as DFW can be difficult to navigate. We felt we got a lot for the price here.”

• Good price.
• Location was terrible.

“Hotel was very hard to find. Finally had to stop and ask someone how to get to the hotel, then could not figure out to get on the access road to get to the hotel. Luckily a policeman was in a parking lot close by, and he gave us directions. We were so discouraged at that time we could hardly enjoy the stay at all.”

• Restaurant delivery, in house continental breakfast, coffee.
• Staff was limited-could have smiled and been friendlier but its a limited hotel so limited staff.

“Excellent location, ease of access in and out, internet availabiity for leisure but curious travelers, great in room coffee as well as full continental breakfast and seating area. I'd recommend it and will stay there again.”

• The location of the hotel was very close to the training facility.

“The hotel was clean, the people were friendly, and we didn't have to drive very far to eat dinner. The hotel offered breakfast and happy hour. Would stay there again if we have to go back to Irving.”

• NA.
• I had to be moved 2 times, because of carpet being soaked and toilet was overflowing into main room.

“Their rooms are not very nice. I had to go to 3 rooms to finally get a room that was not having either plumbing problems or flooded carpets. The customer service was friendly. They did immediately offer to comp my room because of the problems.”

• Convenience to airport.
• Breakfast host did not keep tables clean.

“This hotel was very convenient to airport and somewhat quiet once families went to bed after 11pm. Room is adequate for overnight before or after flight but would not recommend this hotel because of small room size.”

• They pick me up at the airport the next morning for an early flight.
• There wasn't anything I didn't like. Very clean and friendly.

• This hotel is very convenient to DFW.
• The check-in clerk was barely civil.

“Good value if you need a place to stay within minutes of your terminal at DFW. Clean, but not spotless, but I do notice more than most people. Comfortable bedding and updated decor.”

• Stain on bedspread.

“I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with a family. The breakfast had a variety of foods and the staff had it well stocked. I would stay at this Comfort Inn again!”

• Bed extremely comfortable, and they had a wonderful happy hour and breakfast!
• Not too many restaurants close by.

“Great place to stay! We spent two nights in the hotel and even though it is very close to the airport we did not hear airplanes all night long. The breakfast was fabulous. We went late one day and there was still plenty of food left. They also had a happy hour where they had drinks and snacks for the hotel guests. Highly recommend this hotel.”

• The shower liner was to short and did not like the way the bathroom door would not stay open.

• We liked the easy access to the city attractions that we wanted to attend.
• We reserved a non-smoking room but had to settle for a smoking room.

• It is very kid friendly and we were right at home it is clean and comfortable. The wristbands are wonderful.
• The pool area not enough seating, tents too expensive, and very humid and hot.

“We had a wonderful time, welcomed upon arrival, we love that the whole place was kid friendly. Clean and comfortable. Just the prices are very high on food and gifts. We really loved the wristband idea very convenient and worry free.”

• The room was clean and air conditioner worked great.
• Although hotel was relatively clean, accidentally went to 3rd floor which is a smoking floor which was an offensive smell to a non smoker.

“Hotel was fine for the $69 price tag.”

• I liked the convenience of having the airport shuttle for free.
• The hotel was hard to find even with directions. We had to back track and then we just happened up on it.

“Even though our stay was very short, I had read a review that they didn't like all the airplane noise when planes took off. You have to expect it being that close to the airport. I would definitely stay there again.”
