• Fitness area, restaurants.
• Too many children, room location bad, moderately trained staff.

“The hotel could have used a much more experienced staff. There was little accommodation for late checkout -- I am a business traveler and needed this flexibility. The fitness area was clean and effective. The breakfasts were superb. The location was remote. All-in-all, a very moderate stay. However, I would not stay here again.”

• Beautiful atrium.
• Room was next to the laundry machines.

“A very nice hotel, close to the airport and conveniently located. Rooms were very clean and fairly well maintained. Hallways were clean and all facilities were immaculate. Would recommend this hotel and will stay there again!”

• Manager's Reception Daily.
• Remote, inaccessible.

“The location is much too far from downtown Dallas (minimum $35 taxi fare), and not even extremely close to DFW. Embassy Suites are fine hotels. This one is simply not in a convenient location.”

• The cocktail and breakfast was a great personal touch and the staff was great.
• Getting to the hotel was difficult because of the road construction and exits closed.

“It is everything it is advertised to be and well worth the price for the stay.”

• Nice rooms and it included drinks in the evening breakfast in the morning.
• Nothing.

• For the money I paid, one of the best values going. Great hotel. Wish I could make sure I got this hotel each time.
• Food service cut off too early for late arrivals.

• The staff was great!!. Lemony at the front desk and Henry at the breakfast buffet!! all superb!!

“It was clean. Had all the amenities I needed. Rooms were well lit. No 40w bulbs. Good locks on the doors--I felt secure. Good food for my evening meal--reasonably priced. Wonderful complimentary breakfast. Order anything you want. Good shuttle service to and from the airport. The noise from airplanes and cars were not a problem.”
