• Great pool for kids!
• Business location with no dining in area. Had to go down the interstate or highway for dining (other than hotel).

“Beautiful facility. Great pool for kids (5 ft max depth, but majority of the pool is 4' or less). Lots of air traffic in the area (landings), but noise was never an issue inside the room. Very recommended!”

• The hotel was beautifully decorated and spotless!
• I couldn't find anything that I didn't like!

“I was so glad that I was able to stay at this hotel! As soon as I walked in the door, I was met with a friendly smile at the front desk, even though it was late at night. As I looked around the hotel lobby, I received a warm, relaxed feeling from the beautifully decorated surroundings; which was a blessing after my hectic day! My hotel room was just as serene - I fell onto the soft bedcovers! My room was spotless, and everywhere I went was as clean as could be (even the parking lot)! It was a wonderful experience! I wished I could have stayed longer and taken advantage of the other facilities (swimming pools, exercise room, restaurants, coffee bar, etc) - they looked fabulous!”

• Front desk staff should be replaced.

“Upon check-in around midnight, the front desk Rep lacked any warmth or customer service in getting me checked in. No welcome, no eye contact, basically mumbled and said the elevators to my room were around the corner. She clearly didn't want to spend the 3 minutes it took checking me in. Look, she might have been having a rough day, but after having a long travel day myself, her unprofessional attitude is all I remember of that hotel.”

“This hotel is very conveniently located to the north part of Dallas Fort Worth airport and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room, especially the bed was very comfortable and the public spaces very pleasant.”

• I really appreciated the option of staying on an all womens floor, I felt very safe.
• Only suggestion, have more folks working at the bar during happy hour.

“I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. Beautiful lobby and common quarters and my room felt very cozy. I ordered room service for breakfast and dinner and it always arrived on time and hot. I did not go out to the pool but I could see it from my room and it looked like a lovely spot to relax. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends and I will stay there on my next visit to Dallas.”

• Clean, large rooms with comfortable beds, breakfast good.
• Lunch in restaurant just fair, food fair wait staff 5 out of 10.

“The rooms were clean with large comfortable beds, large clean bathroom and shower; breakfast room service was very good and delivered on time. lunch in hotel restaurant and overnight desk clerk were the only drawbacks, my lunch was not very good and waited about 30min, manager was very helpful and checked on my order without me having to ask her to, overnight desk clerk not too friendly and seemed to be irritated with my question about taxi service, close to airport-less than 5min.”

• Wish we could have gotten bigger beds.

• The bed was so comfortable and everything was kept clean and neat.
• Some airplanes flying into dfw can be heard but it didn't bother me much at all.

“Very clean neat and attractive. Great bed and location. it is within 15 minutes of anything that you could want to do in Dallas.”

• It was a good location.
• Nest of mosquitoes in room, phone blared noises in middle of night.

“There were mosquitoes in the hallway and in the room. We alerted the front desk; they said they would take care of it. Never did. Twice in the middle of the night, the phone started making this incredibly loud noise. The only way I could get it to stop, was to unplug it.”

• Very new, very clean.
• In room coffee was bad, as is the case with all hotel in room coffee.

“Hotel was deficiently better than I expected. Closer to my idea of a 4 or 5 star. Front counter staff was extremely friendly, and having the Starbucks in the lobby was a big plus. Food in the upscale restaurant was outstanding.”

• Extremely clean room with a wide screen television.
• The hallway noise outside of the room was a bit excessive probably because of the beautiful marble tile hallway.

• Updated very nicely.
• The bathroom was small and the rooms were not very soundproof. I didn't like hearing the elevator or the neighbors.

“The hotel was very nice even though you could tell it was an updated older hotel. The lobby was pretty and the kids were able to enjoy the inside pool. The rooms were not very sound proof and it would have been nice to have a microwave in the room. ”

• The overall appearance & atmosphere was very nice. The bib works toiletries were a nice touch. I loved the beds.
• The shower head/pressure could be improved. I got sprayed in the face by "stray" streams.

“Overall it was a great value - a very nice hotel & very impressive for the price I paid. I would stay there again. The beds were so plush/comfy that I didn't want to leave!”

• The wakeup call was on time.
• The 3 calls and hour wait at the airport for the courtesy car.

“Indifferent staff, except for the night maintenance engineer. Had to had to call 3 times and wait for an hour for the airport shuttle. Was put in a room with a high voltage hum through the wall the engineer identified the source of the hum. Was moved to a room that had not been cleaned, and then moved to another room with the high voltage hum. Finally after 2 hours, got a clean quite room. The entire sequence started at the airport at 10:40 pm. Would warn all of my friends away from the Dallas Marriott.”

• Beautiful! Rooms have a 32" flat panel TV.
• Has a high end steakhouse but needs a middle priced restaurant.

“Has recently undergone a total renovation that is spectacular. We were very impressed and very comfortable. Great beds, great baths--and a 32" flat panel TV!!! Room service was perfect; the front desk was helpful and responsive. The workout center was large and fully equipped and the indoor/outdoor pool was great. I really got a great deal for my money on this one!”

“Great room. The service is just what I expect out of Marriott. One great thing I found was in the bar was a blackjack table. (just for entertainment) I was able to pass some time and get great tips for the game. Great fun. I wish Marriott would drop the extra gouge for internet access. It's time to catch-up with Hilton.”

• The check-in staff was very welcoming after my exhausting flight.
• No place to eat well within walking distance.

“The room was just fine and very welcome after an exhausting flight. The free airport shuttle was a nice touch both on arrival and departure. The fitness center is modest with bikes and treadmills and a loud TV. The pool, alas, is a shallow, wading pool at best. I was there for one night, and I slept well in this clean, quiet hotel.”

• Completely remodeled. Wonderful heavenly beds. Friendly staff , personal call for wake up and airport trans. giving fee water. Exceptional value.

“The hotel is well appointed and the staff is excellent. My room was comfortable and had the amenities one expects at a hotel of this level. I felt that at this price, internet access should be free, but that is not a serious concern.”

• The Marriott had the most comfortable king sizes beds I have slept on in many years.
• Elevators were extremely busy.
