• All other staff wonderful - helpful.
• Hot and cold water control hard to handle in shower or bath need larger towels for pool.

“If we have fitted sheets on bed - friendly kitchen staff - better water hot and cold control for bath and shower its a great place to stay.”

• Like the hot tub.
• Didn't like finding ky jelly in the drawer, TV didn¿t' work.

“Pictures on the web made the hotel look better than it was. It was an older hotel that was in ok shape. We found a tube of ky jelly in our nightstand by the bed. Yuck. Also, the TV didn't work when we got there. I've definitely had better hotels I¿ve stayed in.”

• Friendly, helpful staff, very accommodating and comfortable.
• Shuttle service to the alerus center would have been nice.

“This hotel was perfect for the one night that we were in grand forks to see a concert at the alerus center. Friendly, helpful staff, appealing design and decor and clean comfortable rooms.”

• Initial greeting by front desk staff and continental breakfast.
• I can't think of anything I didn't like.

“All the staff encountered tried to make me feel at home in a friendly manner. Rooms were spacious and clean, as were the common areas.”

• Pool was not busy so we had it to ourselves mostly.
• Too few towels in room.

“Close enough to mall, Target etc. Very quiet, but beds a little hard to sleep on.”
