• Rooms were nice spacious.
• Pool area hot tub.

“Rooms were clean, spacious. King bed. The pool area needed an improvement. hot tub was small and very dated. Way overpriced though. Overall, it was a good hotel if it was a night. Just overpriced.”

• King size bed.
• Toilet running periodically all night.

“The hotel has a hair dryer to use, but when using it, it started to smoke, couldn't turn it off had to unplug it. Then I went for the breakfast decided to eat in my room, but when I got back to my room my key wouldn't work. So, I had to go back to the front desk so she could update the key.”

• Clean and tidy, well. Located.
• Over priced for a moderate level hotel.

“Very well located hotel close to good restaurants and major shopping centers. Neat and clean with excellent staff. Probably priced a bit higher than the quality of the hotel warrants.”

• Beds were large and the bedding was nice.
• The bathroom was too small; the door had 1/4" clearance from the toilet.

“Conveniently located beside the Columbia mall, across the street from the super target, the comfort inn was well priced and suited for a shopping weekend from Canada. The room was spacious and the beds were large and comfortable. Unfortunately, the pool was too cold to be enjoyable.”

• They had a great breakfast
• The one room smelled very smokey

“It was not exactly easy to find, but once there the staff and quality was as I would have expected it to be. The one room was a smoking room and it was very apparent that it needed to be fumigated. My sister had a hard time staying in that room.”

• The free breakfast was delicious!
• Shortage of towels in the pool area.

“The staff was mostly friendly. One gentleman was a bit curt. The bedroom temperature was difficult to regulate!”
