“I would not recomend this hotel.” Jun 12, 2009 by
Marsha from Altoona,IA
“The hotel needed updated, the stairs were dirty, the carpet looked worn and dirty. They put the sheet on top of a down comforter which I think is disgusting because I know they don't wash the comforter every time someone leaves. We stripped the comforter off and used just the sheet. Our room was on 2nd floor and faced the inside toward the swimming pool. The sound from the pool came in through the air conditioner and people were still in the pool at 2 am. I was so glad to leave that hotel and move to a quieter and cleaner one. Will never stay there again. Too pricey and poor quality.” Oct 13, 2008 by

“Pleasing, accomodating and clean.” May 21, 2008 by

“Very friendly and helpful staff. The pool area was beautiful. Good motel for the price.” Apr 11, 2008 by
John from Kelowna, BC CA
“I'm sure this hotel would be better in the busy season. The first room I had overlooked the pool, it was very warm and the air conditioner didn't work. Opening the window would not help as the indoor pool area was warm also. They moved me to a room that had the air conditioner decommissioned for the winter. The window opened but traffic noise was very loud.” Apr 7, 2008 by

“I would recommend this motel with great food. We enjoyed our time in Grand Forks at the Ramada.” Feb 6, 2008 by

“Overall a pleasant stay except for the beds a little on the small size.” Jan 2, 2008 by
Craig from Maplewood, MN
“The hotel was amazing. The staff took very special care of us, like we were the only people staying at the hotel. The beds were incredibly relaxing, though the room was a little to warm at times. The pool was top notch and had a great policy of adults only after 11pm on the weekends. I was a very enjoyable experience.” Nov 11, 2007 by
Marvin from Mexico City MX
“It does not live up to the name Ramada.” May 3, 2007 by
Tracy from St. Francois Xavier, MB CA
“This is an older building that has been nicely remodeled. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only disappointment was the small size of the rooms and the fact that the beds were small doubles.” Jan 11, 2007 by
Korry from Logan, UT
“It was great.” Dec 20, 2006 by
Brian from Winnipeg, MB CA
“I was pleased with the hotel for the price quoted. I, however, was not pleased with the service I received upon arrival. I called the Thursday night prior to my stay to confirm our reservation; I asked if there were rooms with a pool access from the room. The salesperson, Andy, replied, "yes, but that would be an upgrade of $5.00. I said fine, Ill take it and that was the end of my call. Upon arrival/check-in, Andy was working the desk and checked me in. He told me my balance was $10.00 and change for the upgrade. I told him that I called Thursday night prior to our Saturday arrival and I was quoted $5.00 for a poolside upgrade. "Well, that is the weekday rate! Andy replied. "this is the weekend rate, I know I quoted you!' no, I replied and I wanted the $5.00 rate he quoted me. I cannot honor that on the weekend, it is $10.00. Well, I acquiesced on account of my tired family and asked, "are you going to stick to your guns on this quote, you were not honest and or not paying attention when you quoted me $5.00 on Thursday". "Its $10.00 for a poolside room. bad business in my opinion.” Oct 3, 2006 by

“I took the gamble on this cuz the two holiday inn's in this category were beautiful awesome hotels and this was the highest level of stars. The rate I ended up getting was the same as if I would have just called the hotel. I was very unhappy. this hotel should be removed from this category and down graded in star level.” Hotel Representatives:
