• The location was convenient for me.
• The bathroom tub had a big stain.

• Very comfortable, Quite very relaxing.
• Room was not ready at the scheduled time. Had to wait 1 hour.

“We enjoyed our stay. Very clean, quite & comfortable. We would stay there anytime we are in the area. We attend NASCAR races twice a year & will return our next visit in the fall. Our room was not ready & we had to wait, which is understandable for such a busy weekend.”

• Old, dingy, huge gap under the front door (cold).

• Very close to the place I needed to be in Gainesville.
• Dead bugs in room.

“This hotel met all my needs for my trip. My daughter and I each had a bed, slept well and the room was quiet.”

• Good location.
• Poor housekeeping and mold in bath.

“Need to re-tile baths- no vents to take care of moisture, housekeeping was awful- no vacuuming, clean sheets, etc., if you stay more than one night. I had to go ask for towels the second day.”

• Poor quality, nowhere near worth the price paid, wireless Internet not working, pool closed, poor quality breakfast.

“This hotel was nowhere near worth the price we paid for it. The amenities we were willing to pay extra for were not available- the wireless Internet was not properly functioning, the pool was closed, the cleanliness was below average, and the breakfast was disappointing! We want a refund!”
