• Colors and decor.
• Loud doors slamming.

“Rooms were very nicely decorated, nice flat screen TVs, very clean except for a spot on the carpet. I thought the hotel was very nice. My only real complaint was the doors slamming when people left their rooms. There should be a way to make the doors shut quieter.”

• Clean, quite, rooms and the bed was perfect.
• Not hotels fault but no power for about 2 hours.

• The staff was very apologetic for the room not being clean.
• It is out of the way from main town area.

“When I arrived I was given a room that the refrigerator had old food in bowls and pan in the refrigerator. It was all dried and nasty. Looked as if the maid forgot to clean the refrigerator. I was given another room. The door key did not fit the door. Reason was the desk person wrote down the wrong room number on the envelope that the key went to. Third room was fine. But the Heating and air unit to the lobby was just outside the window and It ran all night long.. Made really loud humming sound.”

• In-room kitchen, friendly staff.
• Lack of exercise room, general worn down feel.

“Definitely not the quality one would expect from the Marriott name. The lobby is nice enough and the staff is very friendly, but the hotel is run down overall- worn carpet, scuffed walls, etc. Room was mostly clean, except for the back of the bathroom door (it's a pocket door and I'm sure the maids usually leave it open while cleaning, so they've probably never noticed). The continental breakfast was average- cereal, muffins, yogurt, juice, coffee. There is also a kitchen in the room. The fitness center was located between the elevator and my room, so I checked it when I first got there and found the door locked. I figured it was only open certain hours, so I checked the info in my room and it said it could be accessed anytime with my room key. Only, it didn't have a room-key type lock, but a brass-key type. So, I checked it again the next couple times I passed by and finally found it unlocked, only to find no exercise equipment at all, but a desk, filing cabinet, a couple chairs and a vacuum cleaner. Apparently you can get passes to the local Y at the front desk, but I never asked. I like the convenience of an on-site exercise room and I was only staying 2 nights anyway.”

• Workout room not available. Had to go to local gym.

“The overall experience with this hotel was very excellent. The staff was friendly and very thorough. The room and public areas were clean and very usable.”

“Great hotel for extended stay travelers. Towels were picked up but not replaced (had to go to front desk). Bed was nicely made, but uncomfortable. Good budget hotel.”

• Location. The bed was very comfortable.
• The hot tub had been removed but was still advertised.

“Excellent location for our needs. Soccer tournament) The room was adequate for our family of 4. We all loved having the full kitchen with the full size fridge.”

“I liked the hotel, I was able to make a great dinner right in the room without having to go out. The bed was great and the room had a great setup to it.”

• Continental Breakfast.
• Our room was located within 10 ft. of the laundry room exhaust blower, results little sleep.

“There were not that many people in the motel the night we stayed, consequently, there was no reason to put us next to the laundry room. It was a wonderful bed and room, but location resulted in little sleep.”

• Cappuccino machine in lobby, computer with Internet access in lobby.
• Hot tub was cheesy for a hotel.

“I only stayed one night, it served its purpose. I think it would be a nice place to stay if you had to be somewhere away from home for an extended period of time.”

• The size of the suite and the ready to use kitchen.
• When we folded out the hide-a-bed it did not look clean, there appeared to be rodent fancies on the mattress.

“Wonderful for larger families with more than 2 children. Although, we chose for our son to sleep on the couch cushions rather than the hide-a-bed, due to unclean condition.”

• Staff VERY polite and helpful, room clean and pleasing to the eyes, nice kitchen.
• There is NOTHING I did not like about my stay there.

“Your hotel is one of the best I have ever stayed at from the front desk, to the room, to the maid service, to the outside patio and inside morning dining area. It was absolutely fantastic. I would definitely stay there again if ever in the area, and I would recommend to friends going to the area.”
