“Beautiful grounds, pool and golf course out-lie the amazing commons areas inside. Rooms are spacious, decor is modest. Bathrooms are sufficient. Beds are extremely comfortable.”

• The customer service was superb.
• Parking lot kind of dark at night.

“The front desk was wonderful. He saw me coming in with my suitcase, got the elevator for me, and pushed the button for the correct floor. Room service, and breakfast was with mixed results. The fruit bowl was excellent however the potatoes with the breakfast sandwich tasted almost raw. As with any room service it was also over priced.”

“It was great from the time we arrived to the time we left. The cows out front were very nice addition to the overall Fort Worth theme. The Hotel was very clean, the bed was the best bed I can remember sleeping in.”

• There were terrible noise in the first room that started around 2am.

“There were terrible noises in the first room we stayed that started around 2 am. They were so bad they woke my teenager up and she went and slept in the closet! We were moved the next night, but were tired!”

• The room was great. The beds were very comfortable and the and there was plenty of room for my family.
• The staff was the rudest people I have ever met in my entire life. I will be writing a letter to the manager of the hotel.

“Our room was wonderful; the beds were very comfortable, the bathroom spacious and the shower had the best pressure ever (most hotels have really bad water pressure). However, the staff was the rudest I have ever met in my entire life. The evening shift was actually pretty nice. It was the morning shift we had a problem with. The front desk lady was rude, impolite and all together a mess. She even looked mean. As if one of them wasn't bad enough, there was 2 of them, one more and there would have been a coven of witches. If you stay here, avoid the front desk in the morning all together and sneak down the stairs!”

• The beds are wonderful and the staff so nice and helpful.
• The prices at the restaurant.

“Great stay, a little off the beaten path so you need a car. The beds are wonderful and the staff is always over the top. The pool needs some work and the spa was roped off, hopefully they are working on it! The view is fantastic and soothing. We had noisy neighbors and heard some of the kids yelling but not too distracting (mainly since we are moms and know how that works.) We had a very relaxing stay!”

• The beds are absolutely scrumptious, the view is spectacular and the staff is AMAZING.
• The pool needs some attention. More cream and sugar for my coffee in the room and possibly a fridge since it is so far to a store.

“We loved this hotel and stay here whenever we go to Fort Worth. It is across from the Texas Speedway so you must plan for traffic on race days and you need a car since it is a bit far from town (which we like). We stayed on one race day but we never even heard the noise or any confusion in the hotel. The beds are one of our favorite things about this hotel as they are absolutely scrumptious, and the rooms and bathrooms are super clean and well appointed. Every single member of the staff we interact with is amazingly attentive and helpful. (I left my phone charger in the room and the head of housekeeping mailed it to me as soon as I called). The desk clerks go above and beyond the usual to meet our needs. The grounds are beautiful and the view spectacular (you can see for miles). The pool and spa needs some updating but is a good size, clean, relaxing and refreshing. There is a golf course, a tennis court and even horseshoe pit. The restaurant has only buffet breakfast or continental breakfast and we wish we could just order from a menu. The buffet is great and the coffee delicious, reasonable for business travelers but expensive for our budget. The front lawn often has bunnies grazing on the grass in the morning and evening and the area is full of birds, squirrels and other wildlife. The atmosphere is so relaxing and restful that we drive out of our way to stay here.”

• It is not in Fort Worth, but 20 miles North of Fort Worth in Justin Texas.

“Comfortable and very quiet. The only problem I had with this hotel is that we requested a 4 star in Fort Worth. This hotel is not in Fort Worth but about 20 miles north in Justin Texas.”

• Large clean rooms with great view.
• No covered parking in hot Texas.

“Very nice, great staff made me welcome and answered all questions. This is a golf resort but also nice for a family vacation with a large outdoor pool, exercise room and modern facilities. The TV was large and had a good choice of channels. Near Alliance Airport but I did not hear any planes taking off or landing. The property is a little off the beaten path but right next to Texas Motor Speedway.”

• No negatives for me.

“Wonderful value for this 4 star hotel. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff was great. The large sized 3-4-5ft pool was perfect for my nephew (8 yrs old). Would love to come back without kids with my husband for a weekend of golf.”

• I love the wide open spaces, the towels by the pool, the apples, toiletries, the littlest attention to details matters.
• The 9th floor club should be open to everyone in this hotel.

• The location was very private. Felt like it was miles from the city while being very civilized.
• The room remained warm throughout the night regardless of messing with thermostat. 2 giant pillow and 2 tiny pillows.

• Wonderful place to relax at the pool, or get a few holes of golf in.
• So far away from everything. If you stay here, stay on site until you leave. They have everything you need.

• As you drive down the lane to the hotel you can see the Texas speedway and a beautiful golf course.
• There is nothing that we didn't like.

• The bed was very comfortable and nice.
• No Smoking in private room.

“The hotel has a nice appearance but quite small lobby, lounge and dining area. There is no Smoking in any of the guest rooms. However strangely you can smoke in the lounge area that is wide open into the foyer you pass by to go to the dining area and conference area. Can't figure that out. The restaurant was much overpriced but the food was good. The wind blew very hard the 3 days I was there so it was hard to enjoy being outside. Staff was nice but lacked professionalism, very young and seemed inexperienced.”

• Plush bedding, beautiful bathtub, prompt service.
• Distance from downtown ft worth.

“We went to the alliance air show and this hotel was the closest. It is also across from the racetrack. If you are visiting either of those places, this is a great hotel to stay at. However, it is a distance from Ft Worth, Dallas and Arlington, if you also plan on visiting places there. Other than that, the hotel was awesome!”

• That the Jacuzzi was really hot and opened 24 hours.
• We had to call and request a menu twice; when we received it dinner menu was closed.

• Great value for very nice accommodations with wonderful restaurant.
• Parking late at night left me some walking to the lobby, but it was not that bad.

“After staying here earlier in the Spring for a sales meeting, I thought I would return with my wife in the future. The occasion arose to spend a weekend get-away and it was perfect. We attended a couple of parties in downtown Ft.Worth and it was such easy access going and coming back to the hotel. Had lunch on Sat. at the hotel and my wife was extremely impressed!”

• The sign to the entrance was not lit so it would be easy to pass it by.

“The staff members were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean, and access to the pool and basketball court was 24 hours. Not a lot of cable access, but basic cable was fine. No plug ins for portable DVD player or game cube, but we survived. No microwaves in the rooms but we cant complain. The atmosphere gave a relaxing feeling and the environment made us feel safe and welcomed.”
