• One of the best continental breakfasts that I have seen in a long time.
• Pool was too cold to swim every day that we were there.

“The front desk clerk was a little slow to help when we first arrived, but was very friendly and helpful. The lobby and breakfast area were clean. The room was comfortable and clean. The pool was too cold and too small to swim in comfortably. I thought the price was high, but would consider staying there again.”

• The hotel staff was very polite and accommodating.
• The bathroom inside the room needs updating.

“My family was so impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff at this hotel. When I took my young daughter swimming in the hotel's indoor pool, someone from the office brought out floaters and a few toys for her to use in the pool. The room was very clean although from the wear on the tub, I can tell that a few updates need to be made. The indoor pool is small, but there is an exercise room as well. The best features of the hotel include the staff, hotel location (right off 135 and near several restaurants, including Applebee's and Cracker Barrel, and its cleanliness.”

• As a handicap individual who express needing a room on a lower level, I was ignored

“My stay was very uncomfortable because of being roomed on an upper level. I understood that checkout was 12:00, by 10:50 they were BANGING on the door to see if I was checking out. ”

“I have stayed here every time I have been to Wichita and have been VERY happy there. Staff i sfriendly and Helpful. Breakfast in the lobby in the morning is wholesome and pleasant. Easy in and easy out.”

“This was the filthiest room I've ever checked into. It looked as if someone had been there watching TV and laying in the bed. The bathroom had not been cleaned either. This is not what I call a recommended hotel for spending the night. To me it was the worst choice I've had so far.”

“The Comfort Inn in South Wichita, Kansas, was a pleasant experience. I was in Wichita for my sons wedding. I actually decorated the cakes in my room and the staff was extremely helpful in this delicate under taking, house keeping was kind enough to work around me, and we both got our jobs done. The wedding and the cakes both were a great success.”

“The directions to this hotel are wrong on the website.
Room 1, TV was snowy and room two, the TV remote didn't work. Did not ask for a 3rd room.
Carpet was damp near bathroom.”
