• They did let me move to a non-smoking room after I became upset.

“The rooms are large and have a refrigerator and microwave, but have very little furniture. There was a recliner (old and worn) that was dirty and a small end table beside that. A small table and chair as well. The beds were ok.”

• Room not clean found food in drawer no hotel brochure to tell how to access internet or breakfast.

“Hotel was ok but not as nice as I expected. The door to my room was broken and there were opened packages of food in one of the drawers. Room was very dark and so was bathroom. Never knew what time breakfast was so missed it.”

“The hotel was adequate, the towel rack was falling out of the wall the towels were very thin, and there wasn't a pen or piece of paper anywhere in the room. The staff was not rude, but they were not very friendly, I felt like we were bothering them especially when I checked out.”

• The hotel staff does not clean the room properly.

“The rooms are not cleaned properly. If at all they are cleaned they miss to put the towels, soaps, coffee sachets etc. The breakfast is horrible. They serve apples that are in very bad stage. Most of the time the apples are damaged or rotten.”

• This hotel should be a 2 1/2 star; it is nicer than a 2 star.

“This hotel was great; it should have a higher rating. It was clean, comfortable and the largest room I have ever stayed in. The staff was friendly, and the building was only 4 years old, so it still had that new feeling. Highly recommended!”

• I like the microwave and refrigerator in the rooms, I have a baby and that made it very convenient
• Breakfast being over at 9:30am. That is early when your with a baby. 10:00am is early enough, but 10:30 to 11:00 would be better.

“Very clean. Easy to find right off the interstate. A lot of restaurants around to choose from. I would stay there again if we need to go back to Wichita.”

• The pool was clean.

“The sheets were dirty and did not get changed. The floor had food particles and they were still there after the maid cleaned, because she did not vacuum. The beds were sloppily made. They use flat sheets for the button sheet and don't even bother to tuck them in. Stating that the bed was made would be stretching it, considering what it looked like under the bedspread. The carpets are stained. The room had a strange odor. The pillows were very uncomfortable. The tub had hair in it. The elevator walls are all smuggled. The mirrors were dirty. To sum it up, don't stay here if you like cleanliness.”

• We really enjoyed the size of the room.
• The continental breakfast was supposed to be until 9:30 and we felt that the are should have been stocked and clean until then.

“The size of the rooms were good and the TV, frig and microwave were nice in the room. The bed was not very comfortable and my husband and I both woke with a back & neck ache we had all day. The continental breakfast was extremely picked over by 8:30am and the area was dirty. The staff was more into smoking outside by the pool than answering the phone. The check-in clerk was not friendly. We wouldn't stay at this hotel again.”

• The rooms were very spacious and they had a microwave and a small refrigerator.
• The linen was extremely dingy, the towels were old and worn and extremely dingy, the didn't look white all .

“This hotel was located in an excellent area, I really liked the location. On the other hand the front desk staff was rude and nasty. She didn't appear to like people of color. The breakfast was OK, the cleaning ladies were nice but the linen was filthy and the irons barely worked. There were a few soccer teams where there were a lot of children running around the floor and you could hear them making all kind of noise and it went on all night.”

• There wasn't much selection at breakfast; the staff was a bit cool and distant.

“This hotel was a very nice physical facility, but the staff was not terribly warm. Breakfast was a bit paltry, but the fitness room was nice (my daughter used it extensively) and I really appreciated having the refrigerator and microwave in the room.”

• We went there for pool with kids! Not pleased!

“Everything about hotel itself was okay. No complaints other then the pool being outside when we had gone there because they had a pool for our kids and location was not the best as it took us forever to find because the street stopped and started repeatedly further up the map!. ”

“Arrived at 2:00pm. Did not like clerk stating no rooms available. Then clerk found room available but did not tell me it was smoking room. Came back to clerk who told me no non smoking rooms available. Then clerk found one but said I could only have for one night. second night w/h to be a smoking room. Ended up letting me stay second night in non smoking room.”
