• Able to cancel rooms.
• Nasty (dangerous) part of town.

“As a musician, we carry lots of valuable instruments and gear. We did not end up staying at this hotel because of several warnings from locals regarding theft and crack-heads in that location. We were able to cancel the reservations and find more suitable and yet affordable rooms.”

• The price.
• Older, smelled, No room for movement. Bad area of town.

• The hotel is centrally located. The room was clean and neat. The room has a refrigerator!
• The hotel only has full beds.

“My wife and I were very pleased with the Mark 8. It was the best experience we've had for the price. The room and bed were small, but the room included a refrigerator, everything was clean, and the staff was very helpful. The hotel is in a slightly run-down part of town, but we loved the central location. The rooms are too small to bring kids, but it was perfect for the two of us.”
