• Room was quite nice
• Neighborhood is awful

“We stayed in a king suite which is really a room with a king bed and small sofa. Access to the rooms is different in that access to two rooms is down a short hallway so you're facing the room directly across from yours, which moves you off the hallway. The room was very nice and would be very good for a business traveler.”

• The location was convenient to 1-80 and 1-35.
• Room with two double beds, and it was off to the side, like an add on, next to fire exit.

“This is a decent hotel. The lobby is meant to be the main attraction.
The room itself was more like a 2.5 star, but with nicer chairs we didn't use.”

• Overall, clean nice room.
• The air conditioner unit did not work properly and the refrigerator was making a noise. Also, when I checked in I felt like I was one of them.

“The hotel is downtown, fairly easy to access, not in an area you would want to walk around at night. The rooms were small, but clean and nice.”

• Staff nice, clean.
• Paint loose, sink would not drain.

“The staff was super nice, clean all the way around, good location. The downside was the paint on the bathroom ceiling was falling down and the bathroom sink would not drain.”

• Staff provided exemplary service and excellent food. Shuttle transportation was friendly and clean.
• The area around the hotel wasn't the best. You wouldn't want to go for an evening stroll.

“Overall, our stay was fantastic. Great for business. Close to downtown and because of the cleanliness and the service we would stay there again. Very pleasant dining experience as well.”

• No good place to plug in the coffee pot provided by Hotel.

“Not enough plug-ins. It was windy and the window whistled loudly. I'm sure it could easily be fixed but I neglected to tell any before we left.”

• Quality.
• Desk lamp did not work - exterior is not attractive.

“A hotel of this quality should have a more attractive exterior appearance. The crowded area probably does not make that possible. The quality is satisfactory.”

• Very close to down town.
• Paid for an executive suite, was just a regular room.

“The hotel is located very close to down town and is easy to get to. The room was clean, although it was not even close the executive suite that I reserved. Just a regular room.”

• The lobby was very pleasant. The room was comfortable and well maintained.
• The staff was rather abrupt when asked questions. Hot water heater was poor, took a while for the water to heat up.

“I would stay there again. It was clean and easy to find. It didn't have a continental breakfast, which I thought was unbelievable, especially due to the price.”

• It was not very expensive to get a cab to the wedding.
• The elevators were slow and the van couldn't take us to our wedding.

“The hotel was very clean and nice. The staff was friendly. I wish their van could have taken us to our wedding instead of taking a cab. Other than that everything was great. Will stay again if there is ever a need to travel to Wichita again.”

• Great location, 24 hour coffee station easily, restaurant was conveniently accessible, very clean, and room amenities were great!
• Parking could have been larger, but considering the hotel was busy it was satisfactory.

“Hotel was an excellent value with lots of extras offered. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if the value was right.”

• The public areas were kept very clean and the front desk clerk was very nice.
• No windows can be opened on the second floor (smoking room). Hot tub was a bit of a let down.

• Bar and restaurant needed to open earlier.

“We had a nice stay here. The rooms were nice; the staff friendly, the place was quiet. The breakfast buffet was good. I would recommend this hotel. I plan on staying here again on my next trip tp Wichita.”

• The rooms are quite small.

“It's a basic 2 1/2 star hotel. Nice pool, friendly, helpful staff. Have breakfast at Dan's down the street - it's a blast from the past.”

• Nice quite comfortable place where you can get a good nights sleep at a reasonable price.
• Nothing everything was great.

• No recliner in our room, we asked for one.

“It is very nice. Since Holiday Inn bought it, the price has increased which I am sorry for. I think it is a bit high now. I do enjoy staying there.”

• Easy Wi-Fi access; Easy on-off Highway; Centrally located

“The rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet. The workspace int he room and access to access Wi-Fi make it convenient to check e-mail, set-up appointments and conduct business over the telephone. The workout facility was conveniently located and had ample equipment. I would stay there again.”

• Very conveniently located and easy to get to. This hotel was very neat and clean and new looking and the beds were very comfortable.
• While the air conditioning worked very well, it was at times just a bit noisy.

“We very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was very clean and the ice machine and vending machine were very conveniently located and easy to find. There was a refrigerator and microwave in our room which was nice. Honestly, this hotel was as nice as some of the 5-star hotels we've stayed at!”
