• Free breakfast and shuttle service.
• Bed was lumpy, thermostat did not control our AC.

“The hotel was an older, but clean place. Thermostat says 70 no matter what you set it on, but it is NOT 70. If you want to be convenient to downtown this is NOT the place to stay.”

• Had a kitchen.
• This hotel was NOT in the downtown area and should not be classified as downtown.

“The Residence Inn was OK. It was an older hotel and not the cleanest I've ever been in. The shower head needed to be replaced as it was so full of lime and calcium deposits it barely worked. I chose downtown Fort Worth for the location, and this was NOT a downtown hotel. ”

• Great breakfast. Very nice and helpful staff except for one.
• Lobby and common area not very clean. Terrible housekeeping efficiency, they didn't even have a room for me by check-in time.

“Most of the staff was very nice, very helpful. But unfortunately the first person I dealt with (even though the problem did not come from her) was not the best problem-solver or communicator, so it gave me a terrible impression when I had to wait for hours for my room! The rest of my stay was much better.”

• Fantastic Breakfast, Very nice employees.
• Not as clean and not as well maintained as other hotels.

“The staff and the location of this Hotel was excellent for my purposes on this trip. The overall condition of the hotel and the cleanliness were not 'up to par' with other Marriot hotels in the area.”

• Room had water damage, mold in bathroom.

• The room was really nice. It was like a little apartment.
• They no longer have a hot tub or spa.

“We had a wonderful time. Our room was in the back of the complex on the ground floor. It was quiet, and over looked the zoo. It had a small living area with a fire place. It was a very comfortable room. It has a small kitchen with everything furnished to cook with. It was close to good places to eat and shopping. I would highly recommend it.”

• It is a nice location in Fort Worth, right on the river very scenic.
• Nothing serious. Great for business not great for romance.

“Clean hotel, well kept Kitchenette type room with sofa bed. Right on the river in Fort Worth. Hoff bra and IHOP directly across the street and many other restaurants within walking distance.”

• It was close to the Fort Worth Convention center. It was clean with an excellent buffet breakfast.
• For a rating of 10, it would be a little newer. I was completely satisfied however.

“The Residence Inn Fort Worth on University Dr. is located conveniently (3 miles) from the Sundance Square, I liked that. It was very clean. It had a nice sitting-family room type area, a nice kitchenette with a table that had a broadband connection that was free. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was also clean, and it was quiet. The outside general atmosphere was that of a suburban neighborhood. Overall, for the money I paid, I felt like it was a steal. ”

“Our stay was wonderful, close to everything we needed to be close too, and service and accommodations were super even with a packed facility.”

• The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast.
• The a/c was pretty loud and next to the bed area. The icemaker was not working in the refrigeration. The bathroom needed some repair. [mold on the tub].

“We enjoyed our stay. The location from the Convention center was just great.”

• they didn't have any non-smoking rooms

“staff was helpful. when we couldn't get a non-smoking room. they upgraded us to a 2bedroom 2 bath room that was non-smoking. it was okay with us because we were with friends.”

• The check in clerk provided excellent customer service.
• Nothing.

“We enjoyed an excellent stay at this hotel. The accommodations were great and the customer service was top notch. We also enjoyed walking on the river trail which was right outside our room. The Fort Worth Zoo is also very close. I highly recommend the Fort Worth Residence Inn!!!”
