• The room was wonderful with lots of room and great amenities. There were every possible requirement for a great hotel room.

“We loved the hotel room. It was comfortable with a couch and large screen TV that was located between both the bedroom and sitting area. We were on a long road trip and had many items for the refrigerator. The staff were very helpful and provided us with beverages when we arrived. The breakfast area was a little crowded but still nice. I would highly recommend this hotel.”

• Toilet had a slow leak which was easily fixed.

• The staff was very friendly and helpful. They met every need with a smile and was quick to respond. Location was excellent. I recommend it highly.
• Pastries would have been nice on the continental breakfast, although the food and drink was excellent.

“My husband and I stayed for 9 days. We were here to attend the Rangers game and see Paul McCartney in concert.The staff was very helpful by giving us directions to the stadiums without having to much traffic. I enjoyed the room and especially the huge television.The bedding was nice and cozy.It was nice having a roomy suite even though we were right next to the elevator we never heard it.I enjoyed the stay very much.”

“Very modern, comfortable bedding, free high-speed internet, free continental(plus) breakfast - more than basic orange juice and toast, and a BIG flat-screen TV with extensive cable TV channel offerings. Very friendly staff. great location and lots of good places to eat either within walking distance or a short drive. Easy access to major roads. My favorite place to stay when in Ft Worth.”

• Reservations was correct.
• The fire alarm that went off and did not stop.

“The fire alarm went of at 3:00 in the afternoon. There was no fire. It continued for 20 minutes. No fire trucks arrived. We all had to wait outside. The pay for view system did not work. The employee came up to fix it but did not. Although he said he would remove any and all movie charges, he did not and they had to be removed the next day. It rain that day and the window leaked and the carpet was soaked.”

• Very modern, easy access to IH-820/20, new construction.
• $9 for a prepared deli sandwich! Too expensive!

“Very modern, very comfortable! My room had a work desk, free wireless internet, mini-fridge, sofa bed, huge LG flat screen TV. This was my first stay at a Hyatt Place and I loved it. Very modern design. A well-stocked complimentary continental breakfast for each day off to a good start. GREAT place to stay when in Fort Worth.”

• It was nice, clean, friendly, and ran smoothly.
• Not enough exercise equipment for the patrons staying there, we had to wait 40 minutes to exercise, and we had to split up in order to do it.

“Overall we were satisfied. We have stayed here before because of location and we always enjoy the friendly service we receive when we come. I love being able to exercise and have breakfast in the mornings in the same location. We love it.”

• Rooms are perfect for us (2 adults, 3 children).
• Lobby/breakfast area a little cramped.

“Check-in went smoothly. Stay was very pleasant. We stay here 2-3 times a year. Only hitch was they de-activated our room keys the morning of our check-out, before we checked out (and before the checkout time of Noon). It took the desk clerk a few tries to get the keys working again.”

• It was a beautiful room for a lower cost hotel.
• There was nothing I did not like about this hotel.

“The room was very comfortable and the hotel had some amenities only found in higher class/cost hotels. The outside of the hotel looked like a typical box type hotel, but the interior was much more comfortable. It had a free continental breakfast, but with more options at additional cost. The beer and wine bar was a nice addition as well, with an adequate snack bar.”

“I loved this hotel. My daughter goes to TCU and it was only 10 minutes away. She visited my room and also liked it and the set-up. I would stay here again in a minute! The only thing that lacked was the breakfast which was cereal or toast. The flat screen TV was excellent!”

• I loved our room and the décor, very spacious and modern.
• There really wasn't anything I didn't like, I suppose it was kind of hard to find the hotel though but still loved it.

• We loved the separate sitting area in the room plus the flat screen TV.
• The breakfast was quite ordinary.

“We've never had a problem at this hotel. It's very comfortable with lots of conveniences. The rooms are very spacious with a separate sitting area with flat screen TV and corner couch. Our room was a little dusty this time and the room AC could use a good clean, but overall we would highly recommend the City view Hyatt Place.”

• Beautiful room, clean, nice television, modern.
• Staff didn't greet us, they were chatting. Tried to express check in because of the unprofessional staff. Wouldn't look up a phone # for me.

“The hotel is beautiful. The room was clean and very nice. The housekeeping staff was friendly. The front desk staff need a little help on greeting guests when they come in the lobby instead of talking together. Since I waited for them to acknowledge us for a couple of minutes, I tried to express check in but couldn't so I had to check in with them. They did stop talking long enough to check us in, but I didn't feel welcomed. I am in no way high maintenance so they should work on this. Otherwise everything else was great.”

• Easily accessible from main highway, great breakfast and 24 hour kitchen service. Technologically advanced!
• Their fitness center was a bit lacking in equipment but I'm sure they'll beef it up in the future!

“My wife and I were greeted. She was great and very helpful during our stay. I had the opportunity to witness the night mgr trying to assist an angry patron the best he could , and I must say that he did an excellent job in diffusing what could have been a nasty situation, even though it was the customers' fault completely. All in all the stay was nice, and the amenities were more than we could have asked for!”
