• Park and fly and the shuttle to and from the airport (if you're within certain hours).
• Pretty much everything.

“When we arrived the desk clerk was on her cell phone, clearly on a personal call, talking about her upcoming vacation. She stayed on the phone until after she handed us the keys. The room was mediocre. You could tell that the ceiling had had some major repairs. The beds were very hard. I would not recommend this to anyone. Park and fly for free is nice with the shuttle, but they keep certain hours, so if you're flight is early, pay for a cab. The desk clerk told us the cab would be about $5-6 but it was $11 to the airport. On our return, I tried to call the front desk for the shuttle bus back to the hotel to pick up our car. I called twice and let it ring at least 20 times and no one answered. Upon the third try calling, someone answered at last. They sent the maintenance guy with the shuttle bus to pick us up. He was very friendly and helpful.”

• Free WIFI, friendly receptionist.
• Noisy air conditioner, corridor seems unkept and looking dusty, the breakfast outlet not clean and very messy.

“Okay for somebody who needs a place to just sleep.”

• Location and
  simple.
• It could use a little mantenience.

“It's a simple hotel with the normal necessities for the person that's looking for a place to stay and not a lot of luxuries. Very appropriate for the basic needs.”

• Close to airport and has shuttle service.
• Dirty and smelly.

“My husband and I have stayed here many times when flying out of Wichita for trips. It was always convenient as we could leave out car there for a week for free and they had a shuttle to take us to and from the airport. Recently, my daughter and I stayed there as she was also flying out of Wichita very early in the morning. We got to our room and the beds were made but the sheets were not clean. There was a lot of hair in the bed and also in the shower. We were totally disgusted. I called the front desk and they apologized and brought clean sheets. By then, we were totally grossed out and barely got any sleep. I filled out the comment card but don't think those get to the proper authorities. We will never stay there again.”

“The name is Quality? My mattress kept sliding off the bed as did my other family's rooms. The overall experience was not to ever return there.”

• Not fresh or new. Needs updating.

• Location close to airport.
• Not up to standards, not completely clean, bad paper products in room, etc.

“I would not stay at this hotel again. The rooms were large, but not especially clean or comfortable. The linens were threadbare, the paper products in the bathroom were horrible, and the room smelled like ammonia the entire stay.”
