“The whole experience at this hotel was bad, roaches met us at the door and saw us out. The tub was very dirty, the towels were crisp and hard as steel scrubers. They left a dirty ice bucket after cleaning.” Nov 18, 2008 by
Sandra from Arkansas City,KS
“I past the repairs that needed to be done to manager- he really did not care. 1st room assigned- key would not work had to get a 2nd room (not date of entry to 1st rm was march 08 and was written on door even) really needs to do alot of remodeling, caulking around tub & sink, and fixing water leeks.” Jul 23, 2008 by

“Decent & clean room for economy needs. Safe area. Staff was pleasant. Continental breakfast was short on frills but kept us from needing to go get breakfast at a restaurant.” May 21, 2008 by
Elizabeth from Dallas, TX
“It was pretty good. The staff was rude when we checked out 20 minutes late. I understand we were running late, buy they didn't have to be rude. I won't stay at this hotel again because of that.” Apr 3, 2008 by
Shanon from Murfreesboro, TN
“It was clean but old and rundown. Good location on Main and I-35. Easy access to everything. Good beds but the tire place next door was very loud in the mornings.” Oct 26, 2007 by
Ab from Omaha, NE
“We would not choose to stay at this motel in the future. This was our first stay at a one star and we were not pleased.” Aug 13, 2007 by

“The room itself was clean, the appliances were very old. The staff seemed put out that we were there, and lost one reservation.” Mar 14, 2007 by

“I have nothing good to say about this hotel, I should have known what the room would look like, when I first saw how dirty the tile sidewalk was. We entered the room, and the first thing that hit us was the smell, it was terrible, (we had to go buy a plug-in, and that didn't even help) the suite we were in had a love seat, which was smelly, and dirty, and it was obvious that it didn't have legs on it. The table and chairs were in bad shape as well as the dresser. The sink had burn marks all over it, as did the bathtub. The whirlpool didn't work in the tub, and it took 30 minutes to get a tub of water. One of the lamps didn't work, only to find out that plug in didn't work either. When we tried to use the coffee pot, the lights would dim when we turned it on, and we would have to reset the breaker on the light socket. When we did go to bed, the comforter smelled so bad we had to take it off of the bed. we also noticed that they had done a very bad job of trying to paint, it was all over the light sockets, and we noticed that some of the baseboards were gone, and there was a crack about 1/4" from where the wall ended and the floor was, and it was just opened. Also we noticed in the daylight that there was also a crack under the door that goes outside, where bugs could come in, or even rain. If I wouldn't have lost my money I would have gone some place else. I had brought someone who has terminal cancer down to visit a friend and it wasn't good for his health either. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. I feel like I wasted my money.” Jan 31, 2007 by
Tina from Waco, TX
“The hotel was a little above average for a one-star hotel. It was an older hotel, but clean. The rooms were of good size and had plenty of amenities. Some of the equipment did not work (egg. Broken TV remote, broken arm on chair) the location was good and it was quiet. I would not mind staying there again when I am in town.” Jan 30, 2007 by
Emily from Wichita, KS
“The maid woke me up twice before check out wanting to clean my room. Told the manager I didn't want to check out, he then came to my room and asked why I was not leaving. I told him I was and that when I asked the maid when check out was she said she did not know. He then told me she didn't speak English. Yeah, right. The manager and two other men came to my room once again at check out to "make sure" I was still leaving. Very rude, very rushed. Uncomfortable bed got very little sleep.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Jan 3, 2007 by

“This hotel was dirty looking needs allot of work done on it.” Jun 26, 2006 by
Lynda from Canton, TX
“Even though this is an older property, the room was clean and appeared well maintained. The office staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast bar could have been better. The main problem I had was with security. Even though the property was very well lighted, as a 55 year old female, one traveler, I probably would not stay here again by myself due to outside room access. Otherwise it was conveniently located to shopping and food but a little tricky to get to if one is not familiar with the area.” Jun 19, 2006 by
George from Katy, TX
“Nothing special; nothing bad.” Jun 7, 2006 by
