• Bad service, rude people working from India, do not want to cooperate.

• It was convenient.
• Parking lot was very small.

• Every thing out of order.

“First. Because my family is 4, I paid 10 per day because my small children count". I'm not agreeing. They said next time reserve 2 rooms, they are crazy if think that I'm going to leave alone my children in other room. The elevator out of order, my toilet out of order, the curtain of the shower out of order, the orange juice machine out of order, the picnic area out of order. My short review? Just terrible!”

• It had an elevator.
• Charged extra for double beds, doors not locked to enter hotel at night, hallways were not kept clean.

“It is a place to sleep and that is all. Doors had key card entry for night time security, but they didn't work and the doors were never locked. Anyone could walk in. Someone threw up in the room next to us and the vomit towels were thrown outside of their room. They stayed there all night and halfway through the next day until housekeeping picks them up. Not a pretty sight.”

• Good location in Brownsville. Close to the Mall and restaurants.
• The hotel needs some updating like new towels, mattresses, and bedspreads.

“The staff was nice and the hotel is located in a good area near the Sun Valley Mall. Updates are needed like new towels, bedspreads, etc. The breakfast is basis cereal, juice and toast. The soaps and cleaning products are from India and have a smell that I did not like.”

• Location, price, staff is friendly and helpful.
• Pillows were to flat, I needed two and so did my partner, the room had three.

“Awesome for the price. The staff quickly gave us a forth pillow. Helped us with directions, and places to eat and places to go.”
