• Marriott hotels are usually dependable in the quality of their rooms.
• The fact I did not know that I had to pay for parking until after the room was booked. If I had known this I would not have booked the room.

• Location to Brick town and Ford Center. The valet and desk staff were very professional.
• Needed room service after 11 pm.

“We arrived at the hotel behind a bus load of AAA baseball players and the valet staff took us around the line to an available desk clerk and we were checked in immediately. We were in walking distance of the Ford Center, Cox Center and Brick town. Very safe and secure walking to and from the ballpark, restaurants and concert.”

• Paying for parking, needs a later checkout time.

“This was the perfect location and it was safe. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Although parking at the hotel was very safe and convenient, I don't think that you should have to pay for parking. It should be included. Other than that I was very satisfied. Also, there should be choices for check in and checkout times. I understand the hotel has a schedule and other visitors to accommodate but maybe there could be like 3 different check in and checkout times to pick from.”

“Great location, wonderful guest services, rooms and other facilities very clean, the room we were given was small with two small children, but wonderful experience overall. Valet services were excellent they were so wonderful and helpful.”

• Cleanliness, friendliness, free parking, can walk to Bricktown.
• No refrigerator in room.

“Good place to stay for a night or 2 if you are going to an event at the Ford Center or plan on going out in Bricktown. Free parking and you can easily walk to everything in Bricktown and the Ford Center is right next door.”

• Very close to Brick town and restaurants.
• Pool area dirty and had to access through lobby toilet had lots of trouble but overall a good value for money.

“Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice comfortable hotel close to all the Downtown action. Breakfast buffet a little pricey and did not like having to pay for parking.”

“Overall a very good place to stay. The only negative that I could mention would be the fact the room's tub had not been thoroughly cleaned; however, the problem was rectified immediately. The staff was very friendly, the location was excellent, and it was very easy to find.”

• Proximity to downtown attractions was excellent.

“I stayed here with my husband to watch a ballgame at the ballpark. The park was only a short walk away, and the atmosphere was great! Not too upscale, but definitely not run down. We felt safe and had a great time!”

• Place was nice, neat, clean, staff was friendly, helpful.
• The charged for water they put in the room and if breakfast was included as part of the cost of the hotel it was not mentioned.

“Stay was very relaxing, easy walking distance to most sites. Would like to have had a free continental breakfast for the price you pay. This was the first hotel we've stayed in that this wasn't offered.”

• It was close to Brick town, which is where we spent our evening.
• They Reno St. Blocked off in front of the hotel.

“Very nice. Beds were awesome. Think there needs to be a mirror in the room instead of just the bathroom.”

• The location is in walking distance of most brick town activities.
• The hotel was fine. Only the location across from the train tracks was a bother.

“The hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly. The room was a little small but nice. Parking was good. The only negative was the train noise. Our room was facing the tracks which made it hard to sleep when the trains came through.”

• I loved the breakfast buffet. It was reasonably priced!
• The only issue was the concern for safety going to the parking garage. Back door stayed unlocked.

“We loved our stay at this hotel! It was convenient to brick town, the ford center, and the Cox convention center. We had returned from a trip by Amtrak, and the station was just a block down the street. I loved the fact the buffet is free for younger kids. The staff went out of its way to make sure we were taken care of and was very helpful. I would recommend this to anyone.”

“This hotel was awesome! The staff went above and beyond to assist us, no matter what time it was. The breakfast buffet is great! It reasonably proceeds for adults. If you bring kids, it is free for 12 and under! There was even a clown on Saturday morning. It is a quick walk to the ford center and Cox convention center, which are both next door. Brick town lies just one block over. We had to catch an Amtrak train. The station is just one block down the street. So, if you need convenience, this is the place to be! We would definitely go back.”

• Non-smokers. Were not asked spoking preference. Were put on smoking floor.

• It is very convenient to Bricktown. Easy access to the Ford Center and the Red Hawks Ballpark.

“$10 per day covered parking was best part during storm season. Two queen beds sounded nice, but mattresses were foam and too soft. Location close to Brick Town was good. Vending machine was messed up. Instead of $2 water we got $2 Pepsi. Everything was too expensive by OKC standards, $2.50 Marriott water, $12 breakfast, etc. For what we paid, I expected more perks and friendlier staff. Room did not get cleaned until after 4:00 pm on 2nd day of stay. Freight trains pass by across the street several times a day. Our room was on other side and quieter but trade-off was lovely view of air-conditioning and brick wall of adjacent arena.”

“No refrigerator, no microwave, did have a safe, wanted to charge for everything, 2 bottles of water on the table with a price tag of 2.50 ea. on them. Parking charge of $8.00 a day. Next door to Cox convention center, brick town, ford center, bass pro shop, close to Federal building. was very congested with a women of faith convention going on. Reno are was blocked making it hard to get in and out of hotel. Traffic congested people everywhere. Room was no smoking room but reeked of cigarettes.”
