• It was a very nice, clean, fancy, awesome hotel for the buck with priceline.
• $25.00 valet parking. The parking garage was quite a distance that cost about $7.00 per day if you did not use the valet parking.

“We loved it. The parking was different for us because of the walk. But it was worth the walk so to speak. The place is beautiful. The complementary lemo was a surprise. The suite was outstanding. We were all in awe when we walked into the room. It was perfect for our trip. The trip was a gift for our daughter that just graduated. We were all very pleased with the hotel.”

• Comfort, appearance. Wonderful bedding and atmosphere was great also.
• Location of parking area.

“This was a clean beautiful hotel with lots of character and a great atmosphere. I enjoyed working out in the fitness center, lots of equipment to chose from. The restaurant looked very nice but we did not have time to enjoy a meal there. The bedding on our beds was great! Very nice comfortable pillows.”

• The atmosphere and location.

“The hotel is very open and picturesque. There are many beautiful flower arrangements and I loved the glass elevators. My room was open and the bathroom was large. I did not eat in the hotel, but I thought the restaurant prices were reasonable.”

• Very good balance in service.
• Need to change the sink (several large cracks), and get HD service for their HD TV.

“Very pleasant hotel and extremely convenient to downtown. I liked the skyway to the adjacent parking garage. I didn't mind the quick, safe walk as well as skipping the extra valet charge of $20 per day. Breakfast buffet on Sunday morning was great.”

“The Renaissance hotel is very nice, as nice as any Hilton or Doubletree. The staff was very friendly and upbeat, it appears they are about to have a grand reopening. I stayed here two years ago and had the same impression about the staff.”

• Very beautiful interior.
• Stain on the sheets and a pillow.

“It was beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The problem started when my wife folded back the covers to the bed. After stripping the bed, we observed a large stain on one of the pillows. I do not believe this to be the norm in this hospital. The two night managers were extremely concerned and did everything in their power to make it right. The morning manager was a jerk about the incident and it took some talking to get him on the same page as the night managers.”

• Close to Brick town and bombing memorial.
• Pool area was not that great.

“Room was very nice and the hotel is a short walk to Brick town and Oklahoma City bombing memorial. Staff was very friendly. Nice touches in the lobby include a coffee shop, spa, and a room set up for people to print airline boarding passes. It's a $20 cab ride from the airport and there was no need to rent a car so we saved on that plus the parking fee at the hotel.”

• Small indoor pool on ground floor.

“Recently remodeled, clean, open area in the center, (similar to most Embassy Suites), good staff, we rode the Amtrak train from Fort Worth and walked less than a block to the hotel. I would stay again.”

• I liked the decor of the hotel, it was quiet, and clean.
• I did not like the parking, took to long to get car.

• Very clean and comfortable atmosphere.
• $20.00/day parking. Not located close enough to Brick town.

“Overall, my stay was good. Quiet and comfortable. Very nice Hotel. If your looking for a hotel that will give you quick access to Brick town try elsewhere. Brick town is several blocks away. The hotel staff attempted to charge my room for movies which I had not purchased, but after a short discussion they removed them from my bill. Parking is $20.00 per day so be prepared to pay this too.”

• Very pleasant surroundings, lovely accommodations.
• The restaurant was a problem.

“I hope I get to stay again, but I probably will not eat in the restaurant. We had delivery of a wrong breakfast meal that had to be returned. The re-done meal, the toast, the coffee and cream for the coffee were all delivered at different times leaving all but the one breakfast plate stone cold on delivery.”

• Hotel was within walking distance of restaurants.
• Startled by security after midnight; said someone had reported we were smoking. We are non-smokers.

“The hotel was a beautiful place. However, the ice machine on our floor wasn't working. One of the floors they sent us to for ice, was also non-working. I purchased a beauty treatment at the day spa that required the sauna. It was non-working. In spite of all that, we had a good time and enjoyed our stay.”

• Construction on the floor below us. Although, it was complete by 6:30 pm.

• The only drawback was the fact that there were no other parking options other than valet - $20!

• The room was too hot. Had to pay for valet parking, no public parking available.

“The room was nice and clean. The heat could not be regulated so it was uncomfortably hot. The hotel and amenities were nice and the decor was nice. There was not any parking available so the hotel had valet parking. The valet service was good but was pricey at $20.00 per night. Other than the heat and valet parking I would have rated this hotel as a 4 star hotel.”

• The staff was very helpful. Valet service for cars was exceptional.
• The room smelled of food from the kitchen. Drawers would not stay closed because of uneven surface.

“Although the hotel was nice in its own right, I was certainly expecting more from The Renaissance. The room smelled of food from the kitchen in the morning, which was very unpleasant. Surfaces were not level, causing drawers to fall open giving the room a disorderly appearance. The Sheraton is a much nicer place to stay just across the street.”

• The staff was extremely helpful.
• Hotel located downtown ok city. Parking fee.

“When we checked in we were put in the wrong room. The staff immediately corrected the problem but both times we had a handicap room next to the library. Then because of the initial check in problems they only checked us in for 1 night when we had paid for 2 nights. The 2nd day our keys would not work. They immediately fixed the problem. I had to call see why our rooms were not cleaned the next day and then the maid just walked in and started cleaning while we were trying to get our clothes on. Just a little uncomfortable.”

• Beautiful atrium entrance; clean room.
• Hot outside the actual hotel room because of vaulted atrium.

“This was a very clean, pretty hotel. It met our expectations for a 3 star hotel. The staff was friendly. Unfortunately parking downtown costs and valet at the hotel was $20, so that was slightly disappointing.”

“The hotel is located in a wonderful district. I was disappointed to find out that they had only full size beds instead of queen. And the food was hideous and overpriced. Customer service was average, with some of the workers being better than average, and some of the workers being poorer than average.”

• The room was nice, comfortable and well lit.
• The a.m. front desk staff did not make an effort to be helpful when I asked for change and parking was inconvenient.

“The room was comfortable and I found the staff helpful and friendly until I asked the morning front desk staff for change for a $20.00. She said she didn't have change there and with a shrug said I guess you can go to the cafe. With no other offers for assistance. There was a line of about 8 - 9 people at the cafe, so I walked around the rotunda to the dining area, where the cashier gladly offered me change. The dining area was just steps away from the front desk, while the cafe was in a separate area from the front desk. I think she could've been more helpful. But overall, the hotel was very nice, comfortable, and while internet access was available for a fee in the room, at least they offered wireless in the lobby areas.”

“They were so gracious, they knew this was a birthday, 4th of July celebration and they enhanced it. From the time we walked into the door, they did everything possible to make it a great experience. They even got my grandchildren cookies and milk! I give this hotel a 5 star rating!”

“We arrived to check-in late at 10:30. The hotel had 30 rooms flooded by sprinklers earlier in the day. The only room available for my family of 4 had just a king size bed. The hotel staff got a roll-away from another hotel to help us out. And it was delivered with 10 minutes. Amazing service.”

• I did like the pool, workout room.
• No happy hour or complimentary breakfast.

“The hotel is very pretty but nothing spectacular. I didn't like how the restaurant was in the middle of the lobby and from what I saw, it is a buffet. In order, to accommodate families, there should be an alternative to that style of dining. The location is great.”
