• Old small rooms & bad TV's.

“Small rooms with a loud party all night next door - They were smoking in a non-smoking rooms. The motel did get them quieter, but the smoking had already destroyed the room. The motel did not even talk to us about it.”

• Close to restaurants and entertainment.
• Could clearly hear the couple next door!

“It seemed somewhat upscale and modern. The rooms were adequate. The drink machine on my floor was inoperable and I had to visit 4 other floors before I finally found one that worked. The walls seem too thin as we could here noises from adjoining rooms and the hallway.”

• Location was good and was very clean and upscale.
• They charge excessive fees for wireless internet usage.

“It is fine if you don't mind having to pay for every little thing. $10 extra per day for parking, $15 per day for wireless internet, and just lots of fees that other places with 1 or 2 stars include for free.”

• The hotel had a nice shuttle, even though the driver was rude.
• I need more than 20 words. These people were rude and very unhelpful.

“I have stayed at a lot of really nice hotels through my Priceline accounts. This was by far the worst experience. Not by fault of Priceline. The staff was very rude to us. We always ask if an upgrade is available when staying at hotels. The girl at the desk said and, I quote. not for you there ain't. Then there were multiple other occasions. We forgot our train tickets to go home in our room. Our group walked to the train station. We had to get our tickets, but they would not let us get them because we already checked out. So we had to buy new tickets to go home. Horrible place. Beware.”

• It was clean and a very good location.
• The staff was very rude and they were not very accomodating.

“I tried to get an early check in and they kept giving me the run around and placing me on hold. Needless to say I did not get an early check in. I called again later in the morning to see if there were rooms available and someone from the hotel had canceled my reservation. Once again put on hold and then given the run around. After 15 minutes of arguing I finally got my reservation again.”

“While the hotel was nice. As in other reviews the bathroom is small but clean and okay. I was awaken by noise in the hallway in the early morning hours. Our stay was nice and I would stay there again if I have I was doing something downtown. There is a cost to park. We used the self parking in the hotel garage it was $10 for in/out privileges.”

“Every time the toilet flushed anywhere in my area, you could hear the pipes in the wall banging. Although 4 doors down from elevator, you could hear it all night.”

• Parking cost $10 extra for self park and $20 for valet.

“The hotel met my expectations for a convention hotel. The staff was pretty helpful although the lady that checked me in couldn't properly describe to me the cost of parking in the garage. However, the hotel was clean and easy to navigate.”

“This hotel was horrible! Our room was by the elevator and we heard it go up and down all night long. They couldn't give us a king bed when we checked in so we ended up with double beds on Valentines night! I called and talked to a manager and he was able to move me to a king but I was still my the elevator. Once we checked into the new room we crawled into bed to find the sheets still wet. At that point we just splat on them. They tried to over charge us on parking and the staff was rude. I will never stay here again.”

• Food was over-priced and sometimes cold, but staff was friendly and helpful.

• Bed was comfortable for a 3.5 star hotel - expected the newer heavenly beds.

“I would stay at this hotel again. Great location downtown. Only there for a quick overnight stay on our way to Mississippi. Happy with the experience and would definitely recommend.”

• It looked worn - the wood inside the elevators and the bathroom sink facings needs to be refinished.

“The hotel is convenient to major roads, has ample free parking, is welcoming and accommodating, and offers a substantial breakfast. I would stay there again if I return to Oklahoma City.”

• This hotel was nicely updated and was in a great location.
• The check in wait was long, the floor in the room was not vacuumed, and there were people yelling in the hall all night.

“The room was nicely remodeled, but there were still peanut shells on the carpet from the previous visitors. I was not able to rest well because there were people in the hall yelling. When I tried to call the front desk to complain, there was no answer.”

• The hotel was nice and clean.
• After the bars close too much noise in the hallways.

“The pool was closed too early and the noise level after the bar was closed was horrible. There was a fight in the hallway. We had to pay for parking, and we were unaware of this.”

• Dirty Comforter; Maids continually ignored do not disturb signs, woke us up multiple times.

“Great hotel, located a couple of blocks from Brick town. It has a parking deck, so there are no worries about finding a spot or having your car sitting out all night downtown. Room was clean enough, but there were some interesting stains on the comforter. First thing we did is throw that in the corner. Bed was comfortable. Shower was very hot if you wanted it to be. Bathroom was nice, but definitely very small for a hotel of this caliber. Staff was friendly, but not terribly helpful. Expect to stand at the front desk for a while; and if you call the desk from your room, they hardly ever answer. Cleaning staff ignored the do not disturb signs and bothered us several times a day - every single day we were there. Scenario - they knocked at 9:00 am and we told them to come back later. We left not long after and returned at about 5:00pm. Room wasn't serviced, and then they knocked not long after we got there and wanted to clean. Not cool. Overall a good choice - I was out of the room most of the time anyway, and it is in a safe part of town with great parking. As far as the service goes, if I had it to do over again, I would have let the front desk know some of my issues and held them to a higher level of service.”

• Close parking was fantastic.
• Seemed hard to cool the room down.

“Actually all considered it was quite lovely. Our room faced west and the evening sun so was harder to keep cool. Also the pool was closed the week we were there. The toilet paper holder was in an unreachable place.”
