• Central location and very nice facilities.
• No one at the front desk, we had to call into the back room to check in.

“We were traveling to OKC for a concert at the zoo. This was a last minute idea, and as usual, Priceline got us a great price for a 3 star hotel in OKC. Loved it! stayed there before, and we will again!”

• Air conditioning wasn't cold in room.

“My air conditioner didn't get cold, but the front office manager was more than willing to rectify the problem. The adjoining indoor/outdoor pool was awesome as was the hot tub. I will definitely stay here again if I get the chance.”

• Professional staff, room is clean.
• Wireless is $10 per day. This was a pain!!

“Overall, we were pleased. Everything was nice and clean, and the customer service was excellent. They have a business center available to guests; you can get online, and print, if you need to. However, they DO NOT offer free wireless/wired internet. $10 per day, not per stay. A company like Marriott should be able to muster free wireless, in my opinion.”

“This hotel is not located in Bricktown if that is the adventure you are seeking, but it is conveniently located off of 44 and right in the middle of OKC's attractions (i.e. Paseo, Museums and Race Track and Bricktown). Overall, it was a nice hotel wouldn't plan on eating at the hotel or swimming in the pool.”

“This was a pretty nice hotel, it had clean room, hair dryer, iron/ironing board, large bathtub/shower. The only thing I didn't like was that you had to pay $10 for Internet access on the TV &/or their paid per view movies were around $14.”

• An excellent value in a good location.
• Rooms seemed very far from any parking areas.

“This is a solid choice for anyone who would like lodging in northern Oklahoma City. The clean, comfortable rooms are a good value, and its Northwest Expressway location is close, but not too close, to freeways and attractions.”

• The cost was excellent and the room was very clean and fresh.
• The pipes rattled a little bit for a while and then we did not hear them anymore that night.

• The staff especially security at the bar.

“It was my worst hotel experience ever. I travel on a regular basis, both for work personal. At the end of the night the staff was rude and not helpful at all. I have stayed at this hotel in the past, but after this experience I will never stay at this hotel again.”

• Had great heating and air. Comfortable beds. Nice shower. Friendly staff.
• Hotel room as kind of small- but OK. Supposed to have tea in the room but didn’t. Overpriced breakfast.

“Overall I enjoyed myself. Right next door to Starbucks. Soft and comfortable beds. But didn’t enjoy the lack in channels offered on TV.”

• Very nice staff!
• First non smoking room had a moldy smoky smell.

“The Staff was not able to trade rooms with us that had a king size bed. A 2 double bed room was available and the room smelled fresh and clean. They were very prompt to switch our rooms and even sent someone to the room with the new key.”

“I had a very expensive men's suit stolen out of my room when I stayed here last November. It still aggravates since I had no assistance from the staff. How does a suit get up and walk away. It makes no sense. Now I am out over $2k. I noticed someone lost their camera here. Don't leave things in the room if you are unfortunate enough to stay here. Obviously, this place has serious theft issues that have not been resolved. It makes you wonder if they do any background searches on their employees before hiring them. I would not be surprised if there were other incidents of theft, or worse, that have not been reported.”

“Easy check in. Clean room. TV worked. Great bedding. $11.00 breakfast buffet at the restaurant and nothing less expensive. Wait staff hovered as though they wanted us to leave.”

• I loved the indoor/outdoor pool and the staff was great!
• I did not like the rusty water, but it only happened once.

“This hotel is awesome! The staff was super nice and helpful, the hotel is immaculate, and housekeeping did a great job! Management may want to check into the plumbing. We had to let the water run for a bit to clear the pipes of rusty water, but otherwise, the hotel is great! ”

• The staff were helpful and willing to correct anything that went wrong.
• They had a lot of practice!

“The hotel generally achieves the standards of the quality band it is in, but sometimes struggles a little. In certain areas there is an air of a Grand Dame fallen on hard times.If you have business nearby then this hotel will serve your purpose, otherwise I suspect there are better options in Oklahoma City.”

• Unable to say anything negative as our stay was pleasant.

“Upon arrival, the staff checked us in immediately and advised us where our room was located. When we reached the room, it was very clean and presentable. The beds were comfortable and all of the appliances were in working order. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and will consider coming back to this hotel in the future.”

• The hotel had easy access from major interstates.
• The hotel seemed very busy, load and pre-occupied with group parties.

“I would say that the hotel is over all a nice place to stay. I would stay there again, but only if the there are less group parties staying.”

“Great hotel with wonderful staff BUT there is NEVER any parking on Friday or Saturday nights.... They have a very busy nightclub that is always full on Friday and Saturday nights and then they always have a banquet and IF you leave this hotel for any reason- play or dinner etc. - and come back you will not find any parking closer then 1 or 2 acres (200 to 300 yards) away from the front OR back doors !!!!!”

• Worst staff I have ever seen

“I had my $300 digital camera stolen from my room. The GM checked the timing on the key entries...the only entries to the room were by my roommates and the cleaning personnel. I checked my friends' stuff; they did not have it. The GM told me directly that there was nothing he could do. Not even question the staff. As long as the staff is cleaning the room at their normal time, they can take whatever they want...”
