• Nice lobby.
• Terrible service and theft.

“I had a very expensive men's suit stolen out of my room when I stayed here last November. It still aggravates since I had no assistance from the staff. How does a suit get up and walk away. It makes no sense. Now I am out over $2k. I noticed someone lost their camera here. Don't leave things in the room if you are unfortunate enough to stay here. Obviously, this place has serious theft issues that have not been resolved. It makes you wonder if they do any background searches on their employees before hiring them. I would not be surprised if there were other incidents of theft, or worse, that have not been reported.”

“Easy check in. Clean room. TV worked. Great bedding. $11.00 breakfast buffet at the restaurant and nothing less expensive. Wait staff hovered as though they wanted us to leave.”

• I loved the indoor/outdoor pool and the staff was great!
• I did not like the rusty water, but it only happened once.

“This hotel is awesome! The staff was super nice and helpful, the hotel is immaculate, and housekeeping did a great job! Management may want to check into the plumbing. We had to let the water run for a bit to clear the pipes of rusty water, but otherwise, the hotel is great! ”

• Very comfortable beds, good amenities, we had the corner room.
• Pop machine was broken on my floor, some loud party going on down at the floor level.

• Housekeeping missed a few details.

“Lovely hotel in a great location. The rooms were very comfortable but a little small. The staff was very friendly. The bar was staffed with very nice servers and had live music on Friday night.”

• The beds are extremely comfortable. Rooms are updated.
• Could hear the elevator from my room.

• There was nothing that I did not like about the motel.

“This hotel is a wonderful place to stay. This was the second time that we were staying here. The first time was as a family and this time as leisure with my spouse and both times wonderful place to stay. We hope to stay here again in future. ”

• The staff were helpful and willing to correct anything that went wrong.
• They had a lot of practice!

“The hotel generally achieves the standards of the quality band it is in, but sometimes struggles a little. In certain areas there is an air of a Grand Dame fallen on hard times.If you have business nearby then this hotel will serve your purpose, otherwise I suspect there are better options in Oklahoma City.”

• The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.
• Unable to say anything negative as our stay was pleasant.

“Upon arrival, the staff checked us in immediately and advised us where our room was located. When we reached the room, it was very clean and presentable. The beds were comfortable and all of the appliances were in working order. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and will consider coming back to this hotel in the future.”

• The hotel had easy access from major interstates.
• The hotel seemed very busy, load and pre-occupied with group parties.

“I would say that the hotel is over all a nice place to stay. I would stay there again, but only if the there are less group parties staying.”

“Great hotel with wonderful staff BUT there is NEVER any parking on Friday or Saturday nights.... They have a very busy nightclub that is always full on Friday and Saturday nights and then they always have a banquet and IF you leave this hotel for any reason- play or dinner etc. - and come back you will not find any parking closer then 1 or 2 acres (200 to 300 yards) away from the front OR back doors !!!!!”

• Worst staff I have ever seen

“I had my $300 digital camera stolen from my room. The GM checked the timing on the key entries...the only entries to the room were by my roommates and the cleaning personnel. I checked my friends' stuff; they did not have it. The GM told me directly that there was nothing he could do. Not even question the staff. As long as the staff is cleaning the room at their normal time, they can take whatever they want...”

• It was right in the area that we needed and had requested and it was very clean and nice
• No continental breakfast or other, and food in cafe very high, also bed way to soft

• Very comfortable beds!!!
• The club at the hotel was right inside the entrance and it was very smokey while checking in.

“Overall, I think this was a very nice stay. The room was great, the beds were very comfortable, we did have to have housekeeping come put clean sheets on one bed right off, but they were very accomodating. veryone was attentive, except for helping with our luggage in the 25mph north winds. Over all we were very pleased.”

• I liked the location of the hotel.
• The room was not the greatest and maid didn't visit.

“The room wasn't up to the same standards as the hotel rating would suggest. The maid didn't come by to clean when the room was unoccupied even though she was cleaning across the hall and saw when we left. We returned 3 hours later to find it untouched.”

• The high price of internet connecting, some stains on curtains and wall

“The hotel was very pleasant and provided a great night of rest. I loved all of the extras and was able to complete additional work in my room. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. I enjoyed my stay and could have used one more night. The only think I would recommend is be prepared to drive in traffic b/c it is a high traffic area (not for long, but it is very busy). I really enjoy Marriott.”

• Great location, lovely place.
• They have parties in the ballrooms alot.When we checked out on Sunday morning.There were beer bottles and cig butts in the exits and entrances.

“We have stayed at the Marriott several times. It has a great central location and is always very nice and clean. I am sure that we will stay at this hotel several more times in the future.”

“Marriott OKC was one of the best if not the best holets I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. I was very impressed with choice for that hotel and it's location in OKC. The relax atmosphere and courteous staff members made my stay very enjoyable. Dinning was outstanding!”
