• The amount of space in the room. Also having the refrigerator and microwave. Free internet service.
• We were next to the electric room and heard rumbling noises about every 15 minutes.

“Great hotel for the money. Wonderful free breakfast. Convenience to everywhere we were going. I'd stay there again.”

• I enjoyed everything about staying here. I especially enjoyed the breakfast. They also had free fruit and suckers all of the time.

“This hotel is very clean. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. We had a microwave, refrigerator, plates, glasses, plastic ware and internet hookup in our room. The hotel had a wonderful breakfast. They also had free fruit and suckers which I also enjoyed. This was a very enjoyable stay all around.”

• Nice size room.
• Staff was slow to respond to problem in room.

“Decent room for the money. Nice size for us (we have 4 young children). However the staff told us they do not have cribs (saw one in the hallway that the cleaning staff just removed from a room they were cleaning) and they were very slow responding to an over flowing toilet (almost a half an hour). Otherwise nice place and despite the two incidents might consider staying there again.”

• It is always clean with a friendly staff and is in a great location, the price is just right.

“Amerisuites Quail Springs is the best value in north OKC. The location is perfect for travelers going to OKC metro or Edmond locations. Suites are roomy, clean and full of amenities. We will not stay anywhere else when we come to the city!”

• Everything went as planned. I was on a tight schedule and there were no unforeseen distractions.
• I did not find anything that I would say I did not like.

“Well mannered staff, helpful in every way. The motel, both inside my room and within the lobby and outside areas was comfortable, upscale and a pleasure to visit. The room itself was perfect for my needs.”

• Staff was somewhat unfriendly, room was not spotless.

“The hotel was at a good location for shopping and eating. However, the room needed some maintenance as far as cleaning. We felt like we were not treated as warmly.”

• Unwilling to work with us as to a non smoking room.

“Overall a good hotel, but the staff was totally unwilling to work make any attempt to get us a non smoking room even though 5 of the 6 floors are non smoking. The smoke odors were quite strong throughout the smoking floor.”

• The staff was friendly and helpful; room was clean.
• No in house dinner service or bar.

“Only 36 AmeriSuites satellite channels on TV mostly news or sports. Even local basic cable offers at least 74 channels. NO dinner service, unless I wanted to use a vending machine, or one of their affiliated chain restaurants for an exorbitant fee, and no cocktails, except on Tuesdays. I stayed on a Thursday. ”

• The mattress was excellent and the pillows as well. The room was much more than I expected.
• The staff could have been a little more courtesy. The breakfast wasn't all that I thought it would be as the fruit was frozen, but better than others.

“This had to be the most comfortable hotel bed that I had ever slept on. My compliments to the Designer and Furnisher of this hotel.”

• Everything. It had what we needed in a great environment.
• It's hard to come up with anything! Gosh, the elevators are a teensy bit slow.

“Location easy to get to and from since access both N/S and E/W right at door. We faced over the pool and sound was not a problem. Decor nice and the desk in the suite was the best set up I've seen at higher rated hotels. You can use it and there is plenty of space!. I left my favorite shoes behind and they're sending them. Thanks so much!!!. This stay was pleasure but my business requires travel. Amerisuites will get a lot more of my stays because of this one.”

• the front desk was a big help. The breakfast was great and they have had sausage!
• The maid set our alarm clock to go off at 6:30 am. Housekeeping started banging on doors at 9:30.

“We like staying at the AmeriSuites in Oklahoma City. They are convenient and have a good breakfast. (This one is even open until 10 am on the weekend.) Be sure to check the alarm clock to make sure the maid hasn't set it to go off at 6:30 am. This happened BOTH mornings we were there. We've learned our lesson to check from now on. Also, put out the "Do Not Disturb" sign as housekeeping starts banging on doors about 9:30 am.”

• The second night stay was better that the first night.
• The air conditioner was noisy and cut off and on all night.

“The first night of our stay we were stuck with a room with only a king size bed and no fold out couch unless we wanted a smoking room. Therefore on the most important day of our trip the three of us were extremely tired because not only did we have to share a king size bed between the three of us but the air conditioner in the room clicked on and off all night long and was extremely noisy. They did move us to a room with 2 doubles on the second night and that was much better. The toilets were very noisy. There was syrup on the floor of the elevator - probably because people took food from the continental breakfast back to the room to eat as there were not enough tables in the dining room so it was standing room only. The first day of our stay we took the stairs because there was always a long line for the elevators.”

• First room, fresh blood on carpet, not cleaned up at properly. 2nd room dirty wash rag in shower. Smoking floor unbreathable!

“I requested a new room due to the fresh blood stains on the carpet, they did accommodate. New room there was a dirty wash rag in shower, Tub did not drain hardly at all, I let the front desk know, they said they would fix it, but it was never even looked at. Took shower in a bathtub full of water, gross. I had requested a non-smoking room, but I received a smoking floor. The ventilation was awful, my kids were coughing due to the cigarette smoke left in the room. When you turned on the air conditioner it was like someone smoking right beside you. I was not very pleased with these accommodations.”

“The hotel is located on the kilpatrick turnpike in north Oklahoma city. It is very easy to ghetto anywhere in the city. It is a very clean hotel and is located by a wide variety of restaraunts.In fact I have walked to eat from this hotel.”

“Very nice rooms with the exception that we had a problem with bugs the first night. They said they were beetles but some appeared to be roaches. When we informed them of the problem they gave us a new room the following day.”
